Get real CG, Kosovo will never be ruled by Belgrade again. There are now 1.5 million Albanians there who make up the majority and will never accept Serbian rule. Thats a fact. The only option now on the table is partition. Let the North and the enclaves go back under Serbian government control and let the rest go. That is the only way. Serbs will not be governed by Pristina and Albanians do not want to be ruled by Belgrade. This is between Pristina and Belgrade. I do not see where RS comes into the equation. However if you wish to bring in the RS into the equation, you risk opening up a whole can of worms.

Bosniaks did not opt in or out of any solutions; it was take it or leave it for them; it was imposed upon them to accept what was on the table. Look at your history it is very clear who opposes multi-ethnic domains, who opposes peace and stability, who instigates inter-ethnic violence, who refuses to respect their neighbours, why BiH finds it hard to recognise KS; its because of RS. Be honest; the ones who oppose, reject and want to live all by themselves are not Serbian people but Serbian politics and policies; that’s how it’s been for the past 20 yrs, let’s hope it will change

Stop dreaming about the "mighty Croatian Army"!
Serbia did not have any troops in Bosnia in 1995,the VJ was completely in Serbia and even worse,the corrupt regime of Milosevic even had an embargo enforced on the Bosnian Serbs to force them to the negotiating table!
Again,the Operation Storm was not a military operation but an ethnic cleansing operation,200.000 Croats attacked 20.000 lightly armed militas in a territory that was officially a UN safety zone!
It is absurd to call it a battle,just like Serbs would claim to have won "the battle of Srebrenica"!
Once they crossed into Bosnia and faced the Bosnian Serb army they were slowed down and even halted by the Bosnian Serb Army themselves,without ANY soldier from Serbia!
In fact throughout the whole war soldiers from whole of Croatia fought deep inside in Bosnian within their units of the regular Croatian army!
If you really think that Croatia,with all its crimes it has committed will be allowed to send even one soldier into Bosnia again to fulfill their Greataer Croatian fantasies of a "Croatia on the Drina"you are out of your mind!
Dont think that being in NATO allows you to go around invading other nations !
And don`t you ever think that you will be able to terrorize Serbs in Bosnia again: we have our own state there which looks out for us while Croats will demographically die out soon,we are recognized by the West and in the case that Croatia even sets one foot into it Serbia will immediately intervene with its full might and with consent of NATO to ensure the Dayton accords are respected!

CG, you've lost your mind if you think serbia can beat NATO or even Croatia on it's own and you are lying when you say it was only bosnian serbs that held the Croatians from freeing Bosnia. The serbian army was in Bosnia, in Croatia, and in Kosovo from the beginning. You act like only the locals made up the armies there when you know it is fact that artillary and troops were crossing the danube and drina rivers daily back and forth from serbia. That is why it is fact that there was a draft of all men in serbia to fight in Croatia and Bosnia and Kosovo. That is why milosevic emptied the prisons in serbia to send the murderers, rapists and thieves in to the other countries to fight. Problem was they weren't very good fighters against a real army as Croatia showed, but these serbian criminals were very good at committing war crimes. Just because they switched patches on their uniforms to make themselves look like local units, it is the truth that they came from serbia to fight, murder, rape, and steal. I'll give you this, I don't think there is consensus for war in Croatia and Bosnia like there is with the cancer inside of your blackened sickly heart, but any military provocation will be met with a quick response, not like 1991. Even with your socialist serb loving friends in power in Croatia now, don't think they can't be replaced quickly in an emergency. You can thank your other socialist serb loving friend mesic for all the successes in serbia and republika serbska, along with the weakening of the Croatian economy and the betrayal of Croatian war heros. The solution is clear to the Balkans! Let everyone get their own ethnic areas! Serbia keeps gets Republika Srpska, Northern Kosovo, and the Serbian enclaves in Southern Kosovo, Serbia also gets Eastern Montenegro and Kotor. Kosovo becomes independent, after giving Northern Kosovo and the Serbian enclaves back, and Western Macedonia and Presevo join Kosovo. Croatia gets Herceg Bosna. And thats it! Everyone is happy in the Balkans, nobody will rul enayoen elses ethnicity. Sandzak however not going anywhere since 50% of its popuilation is Serbian and neither is Vojvodina since 70% of its population is Serbian and the Hungarians are dropping in number every day. This is the best solution give everyone the lands that their own people live on!

Croatia is bancrupt ,Serbia has still the best and most powerful military in the Western Balkans!
Dont forget that the Bosnian Serbs themselves stopped the Croatian offensive in 1995,they didnt manage to take Prijedor and Banjaluka,what do you think would happen if the Serbian army would intervene?
And remember,according to Dayton Serbia has special relationship rights with the RS and has an explicit right to intervene militarily if Croatia goes into Bosnia attacking the RS!
Make no mistake,Croatia NEVER EVER will set foot in Bosnia again,the number of Croats has deterioated in Bosnia from 800.000 to 380.000 while Serbs have risen slightly to 1,7 million !
But I am under no illusions,there will be no independence for RS until the Americans would give a green light for it:
if they would do it,it would happen and Bosniaks and Croats couldnt do one damn thing about it!
Maybe it is even better for us to wait a little bit,Serbs have massively returned to Western Bosnian in the Croat-Bosniak federation in cities like Petrovac,B.Grahovo,Drvar,Glamoc and Kupres where they now form over 90% of the population there,that is a big stretch of land in the Federation!
There does exist the strong possibility that with the dwindling of the Croat population and the stagnation of the Bosniak population Serbs could one day form the majority in Bosnia making whole of it Serbian!

Rep. Srpska can't survive without publicly recognising a Herceg Bosna. BiH needs to hold a referendum now. Let the people once and for all what they want.

I think croatian soilders are to busy fighting americas war in Afghanistan and Iraq. You might say that Serbia has eliminated the croats without having to fire one shot. The road for RS independence is clear. No mighty all powerful Croatian army to worry about. In all honesty I wouldn't worry about them even if they were not stuck in the middle east. Croats would and could not fight Serbs without american/EU help.

Dragan, in case you havent noticed that could be a double edged sword for Serbia should Serbs go down this road. If RS breaks away from BiH then what is stopping Hungarians in Vojvodina demanding the same, Bosniaks in Sandjak, Bulgarians in the south east and Albanians in Presevo.
Not to mention the ripple effect that it would cause outside of Serbia when we look to Macedonia. Any attempt by RS to leave BiH would probably ignite a new war and plunge the region back into instability and chaos. if Bosnia splits, Serbia can too.
The only way out of the impasse in relation to Kosovo is for full and genuine negotiations to take place that will reach an acceptable compromise to all without outside interference. RS should not come into the equation, either should Presevo, Vojvodina or W. Macedonia.

Before Dodik makes a move, he and the Serbian people there have to realize why did Bosnia separate from YU?
Answer: The Serbs got out voted! Until 1970 the Orthodox Christian Serbs where the Majority of Bosnia, 1961: 1,406.000 Serbs--->1991: 1,366.000!
The Croats also stayed the same around 750.000
But the Bosnian Muslims more then doubled in that period!
If the Serbs had a normal growth rate and doubled their population Bosnia could not achieve independence! But until 50 years ago even most Bosnian Muslims considered themselves Nothing else but Serbs.
The communist wanted to make Serbs smaller by any means necessary meaning Serbs became:(bosnjaks/montenegrins/yugoslavs)..
The same can be said for the Croats.

But maybe he is right - once the Croats establish their entity, they can join forces with the RS and that is the end of Bosnia.
Of course, the West could go along with this - with strings attached. It would after all be breaking Dayton.
For example, independence for the RS, but territory only in line with the ethnic proportion - 34% of Bosnia only for the Serbs. Either they give up much of the Krajina, or Eastern Bosnia.

Who really cares about a Herceg Bosna? This is 2012 not 1995. The Serbs stay within BiH because money keeps pouring in from Brussels and the micro second that this does not happen bye, bye BiH. As far the the Croats are concerned there are less and less every year to the point that now there is less than 400000. They have become a minority group. The Croats in BiH have higher regard towards Dodik then they have to their own politicians.
As far as some claim that Croatia will intervern in BiH to take over Posavina, they might want to have a good lookm at their military capacity first then make a statement. Croatia is a country that closes its military down for Christmas and has a professional army of about 600.

I am of the view that President Milorad Dodik is a man of immense integrity and political fortitude.He shoots from the hip and says it as it is. Naturally many of the inadequates who frequent this website find such honesty and political acumen unpalatable.My parent's'rodni-kraj' was regretably not incorporated into RS by the unjust land-grab called Dayton and was installed into the debacle they call the Federacija.The good news is that the now Croatian majority in that region are so despairing of the political influence from Sarajevo that they want to hook up with our boys in Republika Srpska.Came to their senses about 20years too late,but,better late than never. The leadership of RS is unmatched anywhere on this planet.To achieve what they've acheived with the resources available to them is nothing short of a miracle.God bless Republika Srpska,her President, and all who aspire to live in her.

I believe I used the term multi-ethnic, not 'multu culturalism' when referring to Yugoslavia. My point being that that was the concept Bosnian Muslims weren't interested in when opting for
independent Bosnia with them as the dominant political grouping. Which was the aim all along. Though I don't condone the mayhem that followed Muslim extremists were instrumental in instigating the violence, the Serb wedding shooting being a case in point. And as you don't appear to be much of a bright spark, I hope that's clear enough for you chum.

I go to Bosnia numerous times a year. Fact is this.. Banja Luka is doing great and looking great, the overall Serb Republic still has those hardships of a rebuilding entity..but surely its doing much better than the Federation. Take Sarajevo for instance.. it used to be one of the most beautiful cities. now.. no one wants to go there and visit. it smells.. i cant describe it. and its Muslim dominated, no one wants to go there. It's not multicultural either..trust me..you will see. Banja Luka is different. If you haven't been, you wont know.
there is no choice..like Dodik or not, his goal is to have RS become free and independant. And i hope he succeeds. Muslims wanted to sit a top of Bosnia..and dictate Serb lives. Not a chance that will ever come close to happening. So why delay the inevitable?

So don't accuse the Serbs of not doing their part. It is the Croats who have not supported themselves which is the problem. For example, the Croat member of B&H's presidency is voted in by Bosniaks... he's a Bosniak puppet. Mainland Croatia has not supported the Croats enough. I go to Bosnia numerous times a year. Fact is this.. Banja Luka is doing great and looking great, the overall Serb Republic still has those hardships of a rebuilding entity..but surely its doing much better than the Federation. Take Sarajevo for instance.. it used to be one of the most beautiful cities. now.. no one wants to go there and visit. it smells.. i cant describe it. and its Muslim dominated, no one wants to go there. It's not multicultural either..trust me..you will see. Banja Luka is different. If you haven't been, you wont know.
there is no choice..like Dodik or not, his goal is to have RS become free and independant. And i hope he succeeds. Muslims wanted to sit a top of Bosnia..and dictate Serb lives. Not a chance that will ever come close to happening. So why delay the inevitable?

I believe I used the term multi-ethnic, not 'multu culturalism' when referring to Yugoslavia. My point being that that was the concept Bosnian Muslims weren't interested in when opting for
independent Bosnia with them as the dominant political grouping. Which was the aim all along. Though I don't condone the mayhem that followed Muslim extremists were instrumental in instigating the violence, the Serb wedding shooting being a case in point. And as you don't appear to be much of a bright spark, I hope that's clear enough for you chum.

Who really cares about a Herceg Bosna? This is 2012 not 1995. The Serbs stay within BiH because money keeps pouring in from Brussels and the micro second that this does not happen bye, bye BiH. As far the the Croats are concerned there are less and less every year to the point that now there is less than 400000. They have become a minority group. The Croats in BiH have higher regard towards Dodik then they have to their own politicians.
As far as some claim that Croatia will intervern in BiH to take over Posavina, they might want to have a good lookm at their military capacity first then make a statement. Croatia is a country that closes its military down for Christmas and has a professional army of about 600.

Dragan, in case you havent noticed that could be a double edged sword for Serbia should Serbs go down this road. If RS breaks away from BiH then what is stopping Hungarians in Vojvodina demanding the same, Bosniaks in Sandjak, Bulgarians in the south east and Albanians in Presevo.
Not to mention the ripple effect that it would cause outside of Serbia when we look to Macedonia. Any attempt by RS to leave BiH would probably ignite a new war and plunge the region back into instability and chaos. if Bosnia splits, Serbia can too.
The only way out of the impasse in relation to Kosovo is for full and genuine negotiations to take place that will reach an acceptable compromise to all without outside interference. RS should not come into the equation, either should Presevo, Vojvodina or W. Macedonia.

Before Dodik makes a move, he and the Serbian people there have to realize why did Bosnia separate from YU?
Answer: The Serbs got out voted! Until 1970 the Orthodox Christian Serbs where the Majority of Bosnia, 1961: 1,406.000 Serbs--->1991: 1,366.000!
The Croats also stayed the same around 750.000
But the Bosnian Muslims more then doubled in that period!
If the Serbs had a normal growth rate and doubled their population Bosnia could not achieve independence! But until 50 years ago even most Bosnian Muslims considered themselves Nothing else but Serbs.
The communist wanted to make Serbs smaller by any means necessary meaning Serbs became:(bosnjaks/montenegrins/yugoslavs)..
The same can be said for the Croats.

The solution is clear to the Balkans! Let everyone get their own ethnic areas! Serbia keeps gets Republika Srpska, Northern Kosovo, and the Serbian enclaves in Southern Kosovo, Serbia also gets Eastern Montenegro and Kotor. Kosovo becomes independent, after giving Northern Kosovo and the Serbian enclaves back, and Western Macedonia and Presevo join Kosovo. Croatia gets Herceg Bosna. And thats it! Everyone is happy in the Balkans, nobody will rul enayoen elses ethnicity. Sandzak however not going anywhere since 50% of its popuilation is Serbian and neither is Vojvodina since 70% of its population is Serbian and the Hungarians are dropping in number every day. This is the best solution give everyone the lands that their own people live on!

Of course, the West could go along with this - with strings attached. It would after all be breaking Dayton.

I go to Bosnia numerous times a year. Fact is this.. Banja Luka is doing great and looking great, the overall Serb Republic still has those hardships of a rebuilding entity..but surely its doing much better than the Federation. Take Sarajevo for instance.. it used to be one of the most beautiful cities. now.. no one wants to go there and visit. it smells.. i cant describe it. and its Muslim dominated, no one wants to go there. It's not multicultural either..trust me..you will see. Banja Luka is different. If you haven't been, you wont know.
there is no choice..like Dodik or not, his goal is to have RS become free and independant. And i hope he succeeds. Muslims wanted to sit a top of Bosnia..and dictate Serb lives. Not a chance that will ever come close to happening. So why delay the inevitable?

Dragan, in case you havent noticed that could be a double edged sword for Serbia should Serbs go down this road. If RS breaks away from BiH then what is stopping Hungarians in Vojvodina demanding the same, Bosniaks in Sandjak, Bulgarians in the south east and Albanians in Presevo.
Not to mention the ripple effect that it would cause outside of Serbia when we look to Macedonia. Any attempt by RS to leave BiH would probably ignite a new war and plunge the region back into instability and chaos. if Bosnia splits, Serbia can too.
The only way out of the impasse in relation to Kosovo is for full and genuine negotiations to take place that will reach an acceptable compromise to all without outside interference. RS should not come into the equation, either should Presevo, Vojvodina or W. Macedonia.

I believe I used the term multi-ethnic, not 'multu culturalism' when referring to Yugoslavia. My point being that that was the concept Bosnian Muslims weren't interested in when opting for
independent Bosnia with them as the dominant political grouping. Which was the aim all along. Though I don't condone the mayhem that followed Muslim extremists were instrumental in instigating the violence, the Serb wedding shooting being a case in point. I am of the view that President Milorad Dodik is a man of immense integrity and political fortitude.He shoots from the hip and says it as it is. Naturally many of the inadequates who frequent this website find such honesty and political acumen unpalatable.My parent's'rodni-kraj' was regretably not incorporated into RS by the unjust land-grab called Dayton and was installed into the debacle they call the Federacija.The good news is that the now Croatian majority in that region are so despairing of the political influence from Sarajevo that they want to hook up with our boys in Republika Srpska.Came to their senses about 20years too late,but,better late than never. Of course, the West could go along with this - with strings attached. It would after all be breaking Dayton.
For example, independence for the RS, but territory only in line with the ethnic proportion - 34% of Bosnia only for the Serbs. Either they give up much of the Krajina, or Eastern Bosnia.

Before Dodik makes a move, he and the Serbian people there have to realize why did Bosnia separate from YU?
Answer: The Serbs got out voted! Until 1970 the Orthodox Christian Serbs where the Majority of Bosnia, 1961: 1,406.000 Serbs--->1991: 1,366.000!
The Croats also stayed the same around 750.000
But the Bosnian Muslims more then doubled in that period!
If the Serbs had a normal growth rate and doubled their population Bosnia could not achieve independence! But until 50 years ago even most Bosnian Muslims considered themselves Nothing else but Serbs.
The communist wanted to make Serbs smaller by any means necessary meaning Serbs became:(bosnjaks/montenegrins/yugoslavs)..
The same can be said for the Croats.

The serbian army was in Bosnia, in Croatia, and in Kosovo from the beginning. You act like only the locals made up the armies there when you know it is fact that artillary and troops were crossing the danube and drina rivers daily back and forth from serbia. That is why it is fact that there was a draft of all men in serbia to fight in Croatia and Bosnia and Kosovo. That is why milosevic emptied the prisons in serbia to send the murderers, rapists and thieves in to the other countries to fight. Problem was they weren't very good fighters against a real army as Croatia showed, but these serbian criminals were very good at committing war crimes. Just because they switched patches on their uniforms to make themselves look like local units, it is the truth that they came from serbia to fight, murder, rape, and steal. I'll give you this, I don't think there is consensus for war in Croatia and Bosnia like there is with the cancer inside of your blackened sickly heart, but any military provocation will be met with a quick response, not like 1991. Even with your socialist serb loving friends in power in Croatia now, don't think they can't be replaced quickly in an emergency. You can thank your other socialist serb loving friend mesic for all the successes in serbia and republika serbska, along with the weakening of the Croatian economy and the betrayal of Croatian war heros. I keep saying it over and over, you are terrible fighters, but master politicians because you always use different levels of threats to get everyone's attention just like Dodik is doing now and you have infiltrated Croatian and Bosnian governments, and overall you've been very successful at rewriting history. Who really cares about a Herceg Bosna? This is 2012 not 1995. The Serbs stay within BiH because money keeps pouring in from Brussels and the micro second that this does not happen bye, bye BiH. As far the the Croats are concerned there are less and less every year to the point that now there is less than 400000. They have become a minority group. The Croats in BiH have higher regard towards Dodik then they have to their own politicians.

The solution is clear to the Balkans! Let everyone get their own ethnic areas! Serbia keeps gets Republika Srpska, Northern Kosovo, and the Serbian enclaves in Southern Kosovo, Serbia also gets Eastern Montenegro and Kotor. Kosovo becomes independent, after giving Northern Kosovo and the Serbian enclaves back, and Western Macedonia and Presevo join Kosovo. Croatia gets Herceg Bosna. And thats it! Everyone is happy in the Balkans, nobody will rul enayoen elses ethnicity. Sandzak however not going anywhere since 50% of its popuilation is Serbian and neither is Vojvodina since 70% of its population is Serbian and the Hungarians are dropping in number every day. This is the best solution give everyone the lands that their own people live on!

If you really think that Croatia,with all its crimes it has committed will be allowed to send even one soldier into Bosnia again to fulfill their Greataer Croatian fantasies of a "Croatia on the Drina"you are out of your mind!
Dont think that being in NATO allows you to go around invading other nations !
And don`t you ever think that you will be able to terrorize Serbs in Bosnia again: we have our own state there which looks out for us while Croats will demographically die out soon,we are recognized by the West and in the case that Croatia even sets one foot into it Serbia will immediately intervene with its full might and with consent of NATO to ensure the Dayton accords are respected!

Bosniaks did not opt in or out of any solutions; it was take it or leave it for them; it was imposed upon them to accept what was on the table. Look at your history it is very clear who opposes multi-ethnic domains, who opposes peace and stability, who instigates inter-ethnic violence, who refuses to respect their neighbours, why BiH finds it hard to recognise KS; its because of RS. Be honest; the ones who oppose, reject and want to live all by themselves are not Serbian people but Serbian politics and policies; that’s how it’s been for the past 20 yrs, let’s hope it will change

let it happen the third Balkan war from which the Albanians can not wait... Albania would attack Montenegro and Macedonia, Kosovo would attack north of the country and south of Serbia.... after the war who remain alive would forever enjoy the peace in each Balkan countries.
