Russian investments welcome, Tadić says

Democratic Party (DS) presidential candidate Boris Tadić said on Wednesday that Russian investments wee more than welcome.

Lenard,
For as long as the west and east are divided, so is Serbia's politics.

Since you're versed in Serbian history, you will see that its' leaders have always had one foot on each side of the line.
It comes with the territory.

Tadic cracks a smile when the Russians put food on the plate, but glows like the sun when the EU promises an empty dessert.

Such is politics.

Does Tadic honestly think that giving this pro-Ruski speech just a few weeks before the elections is good enough? I don't think a single Serb exists that believes Tadic wants anything to do with the Russians.

Sounds like a speech of yesterday by Tadić when Russia had Communist installed puppets in held satellite nations by the gun. Now Serbia is bending back wards for Russia and willing to be a captive of the Putin KGB Kremlin. Serbia is even subsiding the Russian investments very strange and totally weird.
