I have some good news for those who have not heard of the United Nations Six Point Plan for Kosovo, and there is a News Item on it here on this Website.

On 18 February 2009, B 92 published the following News Article, and I have made it easy for everyone, because the following paragraph is the Article, where even Albanian commented on the News Article.

NEW YORK -- Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic says that he has received confirmation that the UN remains committed to the full implementation of the six-point plan in Kosovo. After speaking with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Jeremic stated that the secretary general intended to report in March to the Security Council on the plan’s implementation. “We are still dedicated to the plan and will work actively with the UN to implement all elements of the six-point plan on the ground, and it’s very important for the UN, as the secretary general told me, not to withdraw its presence in Kosovo or its role in defining Resolution 1244, nor in putting into practice the secretary general’s plan,” he said. According to a UN statement after the meeting between Ban and Jeremic “they discussed a dialogue between the UN and Belgrade about the six-point plan, and the continued engagement of Belgrade and the transitional UN administration to Kosovo.” “The UN secretary general confirmed his dedication to continued cooperation with Belgrade to apply the provisions of his Nov. 24, 2008 report,” added the statement. Discussions about the six-point plan’s application will continue on Thursday, when Jeremic will meet in Belgrade with UNMIK Chief Lamberto Zannier. The six-point plan, which was adopted in the Security Council at the end of November, is meant to enable Kosovo Serbs broader autonomy in the areas of justice, police and customs. It would also enable better protection of cultural and religious heritage and improve transportation and communication.

Amer,

Hey, Serbia is running for the high post in UN. In the meanwhile, do you know when your Kosovo state will be invited to UN' door?

Amer

pre 12 godina

It is not Serbia that is competing for the position, but Mr. Jeremic personally. What some in Serbia seem to be hoping for, that he can use the post to promote Serbia's interests, is contrary to GA rules - the President of the GA is not supposed to push his own country's concerns. If he wins the position, and does this, it will merely mean a black eye for Serbia.

People have long and good Memories, and those Memories can be refreshed with a package of Many Motions presented before United Nations General Assembly.

These Numerous Motions that put all of Serbia’s problems with America and Germany and others must be put Suddenly; in a single action, and in One Fell Swoop the lot will be Voted for an all of Serbia’s Friends will have forewarning that it will come as a Shock to America, to Germany, and to the Balkan Albanians, who may suffer Economic Genocide from the Just Europe and a Just World as a Consequence.

People will have a long Memory, because there was much Voted on and so there will be much to discuss and much to have Memories on.

It would also be very good for the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo, because it would be a peaceful and friendly sign that true Democracy and Autonomy based on the United Nations Six Point Plan for Kosovo are coming to South Kosovo.

America, Germany, and other weirdos should know and understand that the Bigger you are the HARDER you Will FALL, and that the Good, Proper, and Acceptable thing for America, Germany, and others to do is to withdraw their support for the Illegal and Immoral unilateral declaration of Independence by the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

This is a great honor for Serbia to be chosen to preside over the UNGA, but I'm not so sure that it is good idea to choose Mr Jeremić to be foreign minister again. Serbia needs other people to represent her interests and solve open issues.

"If you call the Legal Army of a Country that was protecting its own Citizens as being hostile or provocative, then you need to know the Serbian Army just like KFor is there to protect the People of Kosovo from the few KLA or Kosovo Lawless Albanians that threaten the People of Kosovo."

Who was shooting KFOR soldiers recently? Not the Albanian side. You think people have a short memory and buy the crap you serve them?

The Military Technical Agreement is out dated, and yes, I do want it scrapped, along with the scrapping of all the Lies the Americans, the Albanians, and all the NATO War Criminals have Lied and continue to Lie.

The Kumanovo Agreement the instrument of Propaganda against Serbia, and Vuk Jeremic should be preparing a United Nations General Assembly Motion to that effect.

I was speaking of North Kosovo where the People would be more than happy to see Serbian Soldiers and Policemen overseeing the Local Elections.

In case that SHOULD happen the whole UNGA will only have one topic: Kosovo
He will be that busy mentioning "but in Kosovo this, in Kosovo that" that he will convince even China to recognize just to stop the constant whining.

"The outdated Kumanovo Agreement may be suspended for unspecific duration that has the Local Elections in mind, and a few hundred Serbian Policeman may be allowed to enter North Kosovo to help oversee the Local Elections"

You wish. The MTA is the instrument of surrender of Serbia:
"The FRY Forces shall immediately, upon entry into force (EIF) of this Agreement, refrain from committing any hostile or provocative acts of any type against any person in Kosovo and will order armed forces to cease all such activities. They shall not encourage, organise or support hostile or provocative demonstrations."

Is that the part you want to suspend?

What Serbia needs is to put Motions to the United Nations General Assembly, rather than have a someone like Vuk Jeremic to be given promises of President of the United Nations General Assembly.

My Opinion is that Vuk Jeremic has not earned the position, even if Serbia has, and the following is one of Many Motions that I have suggested he that Jeremic can get moving on.

It could be America and the European Union may allow the Elections to take place in North Kosovo to help Tadic and Company for the Elections, because they know that Tadic and Company will give away Kosovo if they win the Elections.

The outdated Kumanovo Agreement may be suspended for unspecific duration that has the Local Elections in mind, and a few hundred Serbian Policeman may be allowed to enter North Kosovo to help oversee the Local Elections.

The Kosovo Albanians will be encourage to remain silent during this time, because the unspecified timeframe for the scrapping of the Kumanovo Agreement is to help Tadic and Company during the Election Campaign, because a NATO Country cannot have a Kumanovo Agreement, and that is what Tadic and Company want for Serbia.
