Serbian Army (VS) Chief of Staff Lt.Gen. Ljubiša Diković has said that abolishment of compulsory military service was one of the army's "greatest successes".

wouldn´t it be nice if the Russians and Chinese did some military excercises in the mediterranean sea, and not only in the pacific? =)

Day dreaming is good, it helps one avoid reality. Serbia is almost out of time, it needs, desperately, to join NATO so that it opens the door to the EU. However, both memberships are light years away. Russia has, basically, abandoned Serbia and China doesn't even know where Serbia is located. Time is running out for Serbia.

In 1999 there was an attempt to resettle civilian population from Kosovo (what you call ethnic cleansing) in order for YU Army to have possibility to fight with the KLA face by face without affecting civilians. But most KLA members preferes not to fight but to leave Kosovo hiding among civilians.

A very smart move from younger generation of Serbian politicians and military leaders! It may not be popular among Serbs now but trust me, as an American who has been following the development in Balkans, it is a very smart move. Good luck Serbia!

Ha ha ha! Yeah, we have seen how brave albanians are. Hiding in the woods during the war and letting NATO do the fighting. Also we have witnessed how brave albanians were in Macedonia resently where they killed four unarmed teenagers laying on the ground. Besides, do you remember how fast the 3 kilometer safety zone around Kosovo was enptied of albanians uck terrorists? It took serb 2,5 seconds to rid that area from uck scum.

What could he not get any bigger comfy chair Serbian Army (VS) Chief of Staff Lt.Gen. Ljubiša Diković. I guess you need a comfy chair to give but ass orders from. Their is a good joke a recruit said to the army recruiter. I want to drive a tank the recruiter thinking he had experience in driving heavy machinery so you had experience driving heavy machinery. O no said the recruit I was thinking if I have to go in to battle I want to be sitting down surrounded by meters thick unpenetrable steal. Instead of running around like a moronic idiot with every one taking pot shots at me like in arcade game duck hunt.

let the voters decide about that, Mr.Dikovic. ...and if everything goes right, you won´t be in charge anymore, when Serbia starts moving.

only Albanians can exaggerate this socalled "north atlantic" alliance, while it tries to meddle in south-eastern europe.
