Serbia spends most of its military budget on pensions ,salary's and feeding keeping the electricity on in the barracks. Well over 90% no money for modernization lucky if they have even have money to pay for the gas. I know ludicrous Serbians were in ex Yugo over represented by well over 200% in the military and communist bureaucracy then their population number's ever warranted or needed. That was one of the big downfalls of abusing Yugoslavia now Serbia/Serbians are paying for that folly of theirs and their own useless bureaucrats.

You know what I think of after I'm done reading this article? I think about what a target rich environment the military parade in the picture is! One single B-2 bomber with cluster bombs would wipe out all those soldiers and artillery.
