Who's lying? Prishtina, Belgrade or both?
2012 is the year. We shall wait and see.

Here is the test that has been used for hundreds of years and never failed. Just follow the money and ask yourself where is Kosovo going to get the money to stay alive on its own once aid stops from the EU? Be realistic and honest and ask yourself if Kosovo has the resources/means of surviving financially on its own. Now keep in mind that huge demonstrations have just occurred this week in Slovenia and the Czech Republic over their respect governments’ drastic budget cuts. In fact this morning on HTV, Dnevnik program the Croats said that the “EU can no longer provide any more money to these countries”.
Now who ever tells you that money is not the issue or money is not everything, after nearly 39 years in this business I can tell you with absolute confidence you can tell them to take a flying leap into the ocean – money is everything.
I have seen this before and it involves a place called Bougainville Island, Papua New Guinea. They went through something very similar. It was a process I saw firsthand and what we see in Kosovo now is where both sides try and soften what is about to happen very soon and that is a slow and long reintegration with Serbia. I’m not joking; Bougainville is still part of Papua New Guinea. You have the US supporting Pristina, in spirit, while the EU hands over the cash and the EU does not have those resources anymore and it’s the EU’s call.

Enver Hoxhaj you are all piss and wind. You can only take this so far but try and put bread on the table with BS – it does not fill the belly.
Piss and Wind.

I am so confused... For all these years, I thought that Serbia was basically forced at gunpoint (bombpoint?) to accept UNSC 1244. Then, for the last year or so, and still continuing, all I have heard from Serbians is that UNSC 1244 is a wonderful thing and that the Albanians were forced to accept it. However, it seems at the same time Serbia keeps insisting on maintaining its parallel structures all these years, which handle the things that were supposed to be handled by UNMIK. Which one is it? Does Serbia support UNSC 1244 or not?

And we can read from well informed international sources: "In 2020, latest, the illegal parallel institutions of the self-proclaimed state of Kosvo will be closed"

Kosovo is part of Serbia therefore; Prishtina created a parallel institutions in the Serbian province …
(Emma, 21 April 2012 16:47)

Yes, Pristina created parallel institutions in accordance with Kosovo's Constitution which is in accordance with Kosovo's UDI which is in accordance with international law (thanks to Vuk who helped to clarify that).
