The borders of Kosovo with Serbia MUST be closely monitored. I do not really care very much whether you call it "administrative".

How can parallel institutions be eliminated? That is a point for discussion....

One thing is for certain that ultimately the Serbs living in northern Kosovo MUST enjoy STRICTLY the same rights to those enjoyed by the Albanians living in Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja.

If the Kosovo Albanians are so foolish enough to chase away any Serb from Northern Kosovo then I would suggest that Serb civilians in areas with reasonable Albanian population start taking matters into their own hands and start sending these ethnic Albanians to Kosovo from which they will hopefully go to Albania, where they belong. Serbs and Albanians cannot live next to each others and the two groups have to be separated forever. However, this has to be done based on a win-win scenario, without any outside influence.

The more important question is, who is responsible for this death and the answer is the snake himself.

The more important question is, who is responsible for this death and the answer is the snake himself. Try again and Thaci will be responsible for more deaths.

Agreed... that's why they'll not try to do anything again against the snake.
