Earlier on Tuesday, Jahjaga had talks with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier, which focused on the current situation in Kosovo and the organization's further engagement in the field of democratization and security.

Hmm, I wonder if Lamberti let her in on Hash's apparent compromise:

He probably did seeing as Thaci was talking of Parlimentary elections which have already been agreed to, and she is talking about local elections which everyone is against.
Sometimes it is confusing to those who rush to try to prove a point, in this case you did not. She says Serbs have a right to the general elections, Thaci says that if OSCE conducts the elections there will be no problem from the Kosovo govt.
But He, She, EU, UNMIK, OSCE, and even Belgrade are all on the same page that local elections are not to be held in the Serb communities of Kosovo.

The territorial integrity of Kosovo is fully maintained - it is part of Serbia.
(Bob, 18 April 2012 18:35)

Unfortunately Serbia disagrees when it told Kosovo in 2006 that it was not part of Serbia by not allowing it to vote for Serbia’s Constitution. I can scream all day and night that, say, Zimbabwe is part of Serbia, but that will not actually make Zimbabwe part of Serbia – it’s actions that count, dear, not empty words. But if all you need to satisfy yourself is saying “Kosovo is Serbia”, I don’t think everybody will have an issue with that.

Unfortunately, the Internationals, in standard, don't recognize the Republic of Kosovo and its institutions.
(J.Oker, 18 April 2012 16:35)

Sure, if by “internationals” you mean “Serbia” since Serbia is another country.
----------

What's thisLocal elections will be held, just watch and see. It just goes to show how much power this fake, illegal, and immoral fictitious NATO creation has over its so called 'citizens'.
(Dragan, 18 April 2012 13:55)

Of course they will be held in accordance with the wish of the Serb local communities as guaranteed by Kosovo’s Constitution that they have the right to manage their own local affairs. Nobody has the power to prevent that because Kosovo’s Constitution gives Serbs that right. But Serbia is not going to organize local elections in Kosovo.
----------

If Serbs vote, the Albanian government will just say something to the effect of "it's OK, it's what all countries allow". We all know that's BS.
(Daniel, 18 April 2012 12:42)

No, we don’t all know that’s BS. For example, for people living in Argentina and holding Argentinean and Italian citizenship, Italy organizes Italian national elections in Argentina. Why would you be against Serb citizens living in Kosovo to vote for Serbia’s national elections ?!

All else is temporary pretence - and don't ever forget it.

Don't get too comfortable - however much you like the attempted udi.

“The institutions of the Republic of Kosovo recognize the international standard...”

Unfortunately, the Internationals, in standard, don't recognize the Republic of Kosovo and its institutions.

I am honestly confused.
To vote as a dual citizen you have to have dual citizenship. But since the Serbs haven't accepted citizenship as Kozovo citizens (Kosovars?), and don't have Kosovo paperwork declaring thenselves as such, how cn they be dual citizens?
Wouldn't they still be citizens of Serbia then with all the legal rights to vote?
Is this just a matter of 'Where' they vote then?

The dual citizenship thing is a cop out on Kosovo Albanian's part to try to prevent internal unrest. If Serbs vote, the Albanian government will just say something to the effect of "it's OK, it's what all countries allow". We all know that's BS. That's what Hillary probably dictated they do. The fact is if Serbs vote in Kosovo, it will be in their country for the new president and other offices. Lies won't get you around that.
