I guess it is obvious that he has a lot of information on the DS, and they tried to frame him, because he wanted a fair trial that was available to the public, but the DS and not the Opposition refused it.

He took the sensible course to seek Political Asylum in Russia, who do not abuse this Human Rights provision, like Britain does repeatedly, and one example is with Boris Berezovsky, who even admitted to funding the Colour Revolution in Ukraine and probably other Countries.
