LETS MARK THE BORDER call it administrative if you like, place cameras everywhere AND let's see who is the security problem...

Serbian Army Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Ljubiša Diković belongs in the Hague. This is like Osama Bin Laden telling us what's right and what's wrong.

And Mr Diković's own existence and sheer luck of having the privilege to express such inciteful comments is in itself a sheer threat to Balkan peace and stability. If justace and truth had prevailed after 1999 he would've wound up in the Hague like most of his terrorist comrades! Welcome to Serbia 1989!

America and the European Union want Serbia to join both the European Union and NATO, if what they are saying is true, then they can prove that by scrapping the Kumanovo Agreement.

This is because ACTIONS Speak Louder Than words, and there is no European Country that has a 5 kilometre restriction zone with another country, let alone its own Province.

The America led West can prove to the International Community that they respect United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 by having an agreed to number of Serbian Soldiers and Serbian Police enter North Kosovo.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says that that number is hundreds and not thousands, and it does not say less than a thousand, but says hundreds and not thousands.

In my opinion, this is 1,999 because they are hundreds and they only a thousand and some hundreds, and 2,000 is thousands.

Serbia should take this matter of the definition of what is the maximum number of Serbian Soldiers and Serbian Police United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says can enter Kosovo.

The International Community wants to know if the American led West will agree to allow even one Serbian Soldier to enter North Kosovo to prove the International Community that they respect the United Nations, and other Countries.

I have to agree with the army chief on this one, having drug dealing, organ harvesting, ethnically fanatic people as border gaurds is insane.. its like having a wolf gaurding your farm fence in order to protect your sheep..

Is that so, because today border police dont patrol 2 and 2 but instead enforced with 8-10 so next time Serbian forces try a similiar stunt two or four of them wont hesitate to empty his magazine and a poor soldier will be transported back in a coffen because his minister wanted to gain votes, you and your chiefs brought this to yourself and by 2013 KP border patrol wont be the only one securing the border, tick tock tick...

The problem here is that the entire security services which operate in Kosovo including KFOR are a threat to Serbia's security. However Serbia is no position to remove KFOR from Kosovo at the current time.

I sincerely hope the chiefs statement is wake up call to our blind DONKEY Hashim Thaqi that it is time to wake up from his long sleep and begin to implement security and economic reforms as Kosovo people face a very stuburn and evil neighbor; ready to strike at anytime with even more vicious violence than the 1999 war.

Its so transparent that this accused war criminal Dikovic" is upset that he once was able to operate in Kosova but now can't because he failed at his task of destroying the enemy and was bounced back into Serbia defeated and humiliated. Now he wants to run his mouth to make up for his failures of the past. Good luck with that Dikovic.

I realized that I should have mentioned the International Court of Justice; with regards to Serbia taking this matter of the definition of what is the maximum number of Serbian Soldiers and Serbian Police that United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says can enter Kosovo.

I think that the question should be put to the United Nations General Assembly, as a gauge of World opinion, but for the Legal Definition, it needs to go before the Judges.

The ICJ Opinion that said that declaring independence is not contrary to International Law, also said that UNSCR 1244 remains the Law, and this is the Albanians’ problem, and any contrary speech is either deliberately lying or it is in ignorance, and they can be encourage to do more research on the ICJ Non Binding Opinion.

We know that America and the European Union will do a lot to help Tadic and Company win the Elections, and only allowing one Serbian Soldier to enter Kosovo would not look proper, because there needs to be a line of command, and perhaps at least 3 hundred Serbian Soldiers and Serbian Police to make it look credible would be enough to help Tadic and Company in the Elections.

We know that Tadic and Company want to give away South Kosovo for the promise of Serbia joining the European Union.

This is a 2 way street, Serbia has to show it is no longer a threat to Kosovo, actions in the last few weeks seem to fail to show that.

Before anyone can allow Serbian personnel to enter Kosovo, Serbia(not B92 posters) have to request it. Serbia has never NEVER requested to enact this provision. 13 years and not one request.

Thats you opinion, however it is not shared by anyone else. But it is not even worth discussion since Serbia has not even asked for 5 little on the maximum.

Agim this is the second time you have hurled accusations againts my ethnicity, firstly in another thread you state there is no such thing as a Bulgarian in Ohrid, now your assuming I'm suffering identity problems with out any facts..

As for the Serbs in Kosovo, it bothers me greatly that these people are being exterminated from there homes, this automatically does not qualify me as a serb, if it does and i am not aware of it, please advise as to where abouts i can pick up my serbian passport..

Having said all the above, I cant work out Albanians, i think they are the ones suffering from identity issues, they use the orthodox/Byzantine eagle as there flag, they used to be christian though now are Islamic. They dissapeared for 2 thousand years and now re-appeared..

Back to me, my ethnicity is Bulgarian and my family derives from the regions of Ohrid and Bitola.

PS If you or any other Albanian poster on B92 can prove scientifically to be %100 of Illyrian blood line, I will be happy to buy any of your impoverished relatives in Kosovo an Apartment in any part of Kosovo.. :)

Apparently you just post here and don't read the comments. People on here claim many many many things on both sides. There are even people here who have top secret clearances and privvy to information no one else has and they spill it on a forum like this. You have people who live 4000 miles away and they can tell you everything that happened in the balkans first hand.
It is also a safe challenge in the fact that you would also want some type of proof, and number 1 birth records from 150 years+ ago were not accurate and any that exists are in the hands of Serbia and not Kosovo. Remember birth records is a biggy on the "Dialogue lists" as Serbia refuses to give them up.
