This is just not true. Nikolic stated that he is not bound to term only if those terms are on contrast to Serbian constitution. If the ministry of foreign affairs is doing everything according to the constitution, Jeremic has nothing to worry about.

Serbia has violated practically each and every international agreement and law. And people have the nerve to demand that Serbia follow their "constitution"? Election time is a funny place in Serbia.

You should remember, as you did in another article, that Jeremic is a high ranking DS official. Some kind of footnote :)

Thinking that Jeremic and Tadic are fighting about foreign policies is telling fairy tales, as much as pretending that Lauurel and Hardy are enemies in real life.

As far as I know, correct me if I'm wrong, Serbia is NOT a presidential regime, as France, for instance.
Responsibility of foreign affairs belongs to the parliament and not to the president.
Parliamentary commission on Kosovo had a hard time, since Tadic's negotiator, and minister Bogdanovic hardly ever showed up for to explain what has been negotiated.
Kosovo Serbs are OPPOSED to the treaties, that's why Tadic & Cie tries to strip them off their electoral rights and want officials in Kosovo to be nominated by the government.
Parliament, which should be in charge, has never voted, at least as far as I know, on those treaties (as was the case during the last presidential elections, when DS signed association treaties with EU without approbation of parliament)and Nikolic has a fair point saying that he's not sure if if those agreements are legally binding for Serbia.

This is just not true. Nikolic stated that he is not bound to term only if those terms are on contrast to Serbian constitution. If the ministry of foreign affairs is doing everything according to the constitution, Jeremic has nothing to worry about.
