February was the huge paralyzing snow with the super cold weather. Certain businesses were ordered to shut down to conserve energy, and some 10s of thousands of people in towns/villages in Serbia were trapped by the snow, so that will explain a large part of the drop.

To this day Serbia has spent over 6,400,000,000 EUR on destabilizing it's neighbor. That kind of money could have been spent on building bridges, schools, universities, roads, etc. FOOD FOR THOUGHT!

Agim, Serbia built Novi Beograd, but I do know that Yugoslavia also built all of Kosovo. Money was taken out of everyone's paycheck during Tito's time to finance and support you Albanians in Yugoslavia's southern province. Albanians never took care of themselves, and continue to this day to live off of handouts. What is it with you people, why don't you work and take care of yourselves?

Well, Serbia, get the shovels out and start digging in Trepce. What are you waiting for - to sell that too?

Those days are gone, when Novi Beograd was built from Trepca. Don't expect to build another Novi Beograd anymore.
