Serbian currency slightly stronger after intervention

The Serbian dinar (RSD) strengthened by two paras, with the middle exchange rate set at RSD 111.6842 against the euro on the first working day of the week.

National Bank of Serbia since the beginning of the year sold nearly 600 million EUR which is just a slow declined in value of the dinar (RSD). The Government of Serbia and National Bank of Serbia are not able to prevent further weakening of the dinar (RSD).

Of course the intervention came....because of the elections. That's the main reason. Wait for elections to finish.."Euro" will hit the fan...
