Great, just what we need, yet another rabidly Marxist Frankfurt School social engineer from the West telling those Balkan people how to run their affairs. These leftist proponents of Big Government simply love to micromanage everyone's lives.

“the biggest mistake of the U.S. was to accept the partition of Bosnia-Herzegovina based on 51-49 percent principle”

The US accepted the Dayton agreement on behalf of the muslims and croats. If I was muslim or croat I would be angry at the US and not the serbs. I just wonder where the bosnjaks and croats were hiding when the US and bosnias serbian population negotiated for peace? America is simply amazing. Sticking their noses everywhere and then later regretting what they have done. Wonder if they have began to regret the mess they caused in Kosovo?

also not a surprise when the brokers of dayton were openly backing nationalists in bih. the even openly back izetbegovic into a leadership which he actually lost in a free open election to a yugo-preservationist.
but hey, whats the point of knowing your history... its more pleasant being surprised.

This guy should ask himself DO PEOPLE WANT TO GO TO EUROPE or not. It annoys me when the West always tells people what they ought to think/want. Phoey!
