The best way to solve the dispute with Kosovo is to create an apartheid state where there are Serbian areas and Albanian Areas, Serbs are not allowed in Albanians areas and Albanians are not allowed in Serbian Areas. That way there will be no more violence between the two.

This is a pure hate article. The report doesn't tells that serbian hooligans were trying to attack a young albanian woman and then the albanians attacked these hooligans.

Why is it that every time you read something you don't like you automatically call it hate?

people are sick of serbia undermining kosovo's independence at every opportunity. it is quite predictable that albanians will at times voice their grievances.

"red ass" per Lenard suggestion first - to who deserves it, later the independence. I am tricky here because you won't have a single politician in Kosovo who would be able to sit down, so independence will be postponed. That is not a big deal but imagine the joy you will have and how many black German-made cars will be auctioned to the public in addition to that. There is no fast lane to independence, the "red ass" party has to be the part of the deal.

pre 12 godina

For the last 4 years every crime that has been committed in Serbia has been dismissed as an act of hooligans as if this somewhat separates them from tainting Serbs as a whole. Murders, muggings, beatings, vandalism all dismissed as being due to holligans. Even the burning of the embasseys and ransacking "Mcdonalds" was blamed on "hooligans" while the rest of Serbs were "peacefully" protesting, not to mention that all police were intentionally pulled out of the area.
However, we have this incident (which one has to wonder what made them exit the bus) did they see innocent Serbs walking down the street or did the Serbs somehow challenge them thinking they could get away before anyone could get off the bus???) and the "hooligans" characterize all Albanians.

icj1

This is the reason KiM Albanians will never rule over Serbs. Time and again they demonstrate their trouble-making ways. It is not surprising they don't get along with any of their neighbours and need someone like NATO to bully others into accepting them. In "Kosova*" this is what they consider sport with NATO and EULEX being their cheerleaders.

* UNSCR1244
(Zoran, 5 April 2012 11:49)

You are correct dear. Albanians in Kosovo* will never rule the Serbs in Kosovo* because Kosovo*'s Constitution gives Kosovo* Serbs the right to govern their local affairs and the Constitution cannot change without Serbs consent.

For the world to see what asses they are then they cane the asses good very good cure for hooliganism.
(Lenard, 5 April 2012 20:31)

Looking at the trains with graffitti all over former Yugo and with broken windows in Albania I think the "red ass" would be very common illness.

Not particularly fan of the Singapore ruling elite but handing them all the criminal issues in Western Balkan for a few weeks maybe not a bad idea. Add to that the transparent and nearly corruption-free bureaucracy, yeah, we can use that in RU and HU very well, want to see red asses all over Parliament and Duma and two-digit jail sentences. what a joy!

Precisely, even adults are kids in "kosova"*. Crime is committed all around the world so pointing fingers is not very helpful. We all know it is going to happen in one place or another.

What is important is how it is dealt with. In most places (at least the civilised world), we have courts. In "Kosova"*, we have awards and elevated status. I mean, what happened to those murderers of Serbs not too long ago? And the ones before that and so on? Nothing it seems.

It would not surprise too many People if the excuse was invented before the event, and it was known to the Albanian Media, what they needed to write, if they did not want to go to Hospital, or worse.

It is said that the asterisk after Kosovo, such as Kosovo* means that it is without prejudice to positions on status and is in line with UNSCR 1244, and takes ICJ opinion on the Kosovo unilateral declaration of independence.

This is with regards to the Final Status of Kosovo rather than the present Status of Kosovo, which is Legally Serbia’s Southern Province as UNSCR 1244 says.

The ICJ was asked: “Is the unilateral declaration of independence by the Provisional Institutions of Self Government of Kosovo in accordance with international law?”

This means is that it is not against International Law for North Kosovo to Unilaterally Declare Independence, and the Kosovo* Albanians signed up to this, and I wonder if the Albanians will say that it is Legal.

We have noticed what the Criminals who employ a Criminal to ‘investigate’ (read cover up) Corruption in Pristina thinks of International Law, which says that Kosovo belongs to the Country of Serbia.

The Kosovo* Agreement was made between Serbia and its Province of Kosovo, and the European Union; and as a European Union Agreement; it was particularly made with each Member of the European Union, with all the other Members of the European Union, and Many European Union Countries will not be impressed if that Agreement is not respected by all European Union Countries.

The event happened when the fans of the football club Pristina, known as Plisat, were coming back from Gjilan, after the game with Drita. They stopped in Gracanica, as said, because of an accident, and then the clash between them and a Serb youth group started. One of the fans who was in the bus told Koha Ditore that some young Serbs provoked one Albanian girl who was involved in the accident. “A few Serbs besieged the girl and were provoking her. They raised three fingers, some of them showed the middle finger. Then we exited the bus beat them up and return into bus”, explained one fan.

That's not the correct denotation of the * in Kosovo*! Instead it is:

I think you are getting matters confused. "Kosova"* is the self-created Albanian prison camp within KiM.

* UNSCR1244

Kosovo* is your reference to KiM. You can put whatever denotion you think is appropriate.

Personally, I call it Kosovo i Metohija (or KiM for short), which is the proper name for our southern province. If I refer to "Kosova"*, I mean the Albanian section only (i.e. the lawless prison camp).

But none of that is surprising for those following events in KiM.

I am tricky here because you won't have a single politician in Kosovo who would be able to sit down, so independence will be postponed.
