So if I am reading this right, he thinks that CG can, in 26 days, can improve the rule of law and crack down on corruption, something it has not been able to do, or maybe not even wanted to do, in the last 6 years since it proclaimed independence. I simply left with turning my head left to right, after reading statements like these from these Eurocrats. What dream world do they live in?

No corruption no wars no pariah state economy booming Serb orthodox church clergy cheerleader of a Greater Serb paradise on earth or else just some of the interesting delusions of the Serbs.
