U.S. urges UNSC to react against Syria

The U.S. said Tuesday that the UN Security Council must respond urgently if Syria fails to keep its pledge to halt offensive military operations by April 10.

A Syrian government official said Tuesday evening that troops had started pulling out from some calm cities and heading back to their bases, a week ahead of a deadline to implement UN-Arab League envoy Kofi Annan's truce plan.

It's really a sad state of UN affairs when one sees the Arab league,the corrupt but pliant gang of US stooges to be involved in discussions on the future of Syria and claim anything close to " moral high ground".No wonder Hillary was occupying the seat between the Saudi and Bahrain rulers at the recent meeting of the so-called"friends of Syria" inTurkey.

Then again the UN is very guilty of its "humanitarian mission" in Libya.Gaddafi is gone.Job done.Torture?Corruption?Murder?Not interested.Still the world is waiting for the final figure of dead civilians in Libya(the UN is still working on the figures)but they are steadfast on casualties in Syria(produced accurately on a daily basis).

The UN and the Arab league are nothing more than fig leaf for Western goals in the Middle East.
