How do you improve relations with people whose only goal in life is to murder, ethnically cleanse and wipe out all proof of your existence?
Serbs are tormented on daily basis there and they expect more from them?
It's time to tell them to get lost and start nurturing good relations with the rest of the world.

Just to further clarify on my earlier reply to Danilo. If indeed everybody consider religion to be ridiculous and outdated in the 21st century, then nobody in this world should logically go to the church, mosque and synagogue to pray anymore. Obviously Danilo has to be blind or hallucinating. Or both.

Who doesn't indeed, you claim? Certainly the millions upon millions around the world who attend church services do. As do those who pray at the mosque or synagogue. You really gotta be blind as a bat not to notice these. But then, what can we expect from someone who can't even make up his/her mind whether he/she is a Serb or not?

ecoman,

In German there is a saying "Gibt es nich dum fragen gibt as dum antworten" which means there is no silly question but silly answer.

Let me tell you why as

".... there is a lot more to Serbia, than the status of....Kosovo."

How dare you saying that....? Most of your fellow Serbs will disagree with you...))))

"As for a referendum on joining Russia.... it should be an independent country. That is my strong belief."

What about the majority of the Serbian people...they will feel stronger within the Russian Federation...)))

"It is better to have strong friends, than be an underling of a master."

Isn't Russia your master...?

Anyway thanks for "englighting" me...)))

No EA, you are beyond help. You have Albanian tunnel vision, you are myopic, like Mr. Magoo. All of your thoughts and questions are centered around the Kosovo* status issue but, there is a lot more to Serbia, than the status of its southern province. It is but one small issue that needs to be resolved. As for a referendum on joining Russia, that is such a stupid question, that it does not even warrant consideration. Serbia does not need to join anyone, federation or union, it should be an independent country. That is my strong belief. It is better to have strong friends, than be an underling of a master. And that is what Serbia would be in the EU. EA, does that stand for ethnic albanian, or excessive alcohol?

So please, am I to assume that this horror show of a panel pictured in this story, are the ones that can help pull Serbia out of its past, and bring it into the 21st century? I have just crossed myself, as an Orthodox Christian, and prayed that Serbia be spared from its friends. At least with enemies, you know what their objectives are, with these people, you have no idea who is paying for their agendas.

Fine, if you enjoy all your common stuff, not one. But who and what are you? Are you a specific ethnicity, or just a common European? I don't want to be common, I want to be Serbian. I want to have an identity, I want to respect and preserve my heritage, I do not want to be common. As for road blocks, that is an asinine statement. I don't know anyone that has built a road block anywhere. If you are referring to North Kosovo Serbs, leave them alone. They are fighting for their survival, as you know they will be ethnically cleansed if they ever come under Pristina's rule. Albanians want a mono-ethnic state, that has been proven. I believe I have a right to my opinion, and serbia joining the EU would be a bad decision, better to be neutral, and not have to take orders, and bow to every regulation the Union barks out to its serfs. As for where I live, I live in both places, US and Serbia. People do not have to commit themselves to anyone, or any place, it's called freedom.

How do you improve relations with people whose only goal in life is to murder, ethnically cleanse and wipe out all proof of your existence?
Serbs are tormented on daily basis there and they expect more from them?
It's time to tell them to get lost and start nurturing good relations with the rest of the world.
