Denis,

I'm not the one starting a debate, it was MikeC bringing up Albania and I contextualizing things for him.

I really have nothing for or against Albania or Serbia for that matter.

Oh look, an albanian talking about tourism. You can't even spell the word. Has anyone ever been to Albania?
(MikeC, 4 April 2012 16:59)

Considering that Albania gets a lot more tourists than Serbia despite the smaller size I bet even your own family in Serbia has been there. And while Albanian tourism rises each year with the worldwide media dedicating dozens of articles to it every month, Serbian tourism seems to have fallen by about 15% in the last 5 years.

But the real question is : have you "Mike" (funny how a Serbian nationalist has a foreign name yet you call Danilo an Albanian) been to Serbia? How many years have you avoided Serbia so you would not undergo military service? 10? 15? Your whole existence?

Hey Mike.

I looked it up for you. Tirana has 1.8 million passengers. That's 60% what Serbia has.

Congratulations. You're both at the bottom of the barrel.
(Danilo, 4 April 2012 17:38)

Hmm that's how you do the math in Serbia? Considering that Serbia is 3 times larger in population and land surface and that Albania has 3 seaports to serve the turists, I would say you are at the bottom of the barrel. Per capita the traffic movement is larger in Albania, as are the tourist visits.

Instead of being happy for both countries achieving something here, you like to start a debate on petty differences. If all Serbs are as closed minded as you, god help Serbia then...

I don't know, Mike. I haven't. What makes you think I'm Albanian? Is "Albanian" in and of itself some kind of insult? What are the knuckle-draggers saying these days?

Hmmm Good for you Croations!!!! What about Malta-Serbia.....Its much more easier and much cheaper to go Malta-Croatia and many other European and Balkan countries than Serbia. For the same price of just the flight to Nikola Tesla we can go for a week all inclusive to any other country. To come to Serbia we have to make a connection flight from any other airport. No direct flights, no Jat any more. WHY??? Im sure that alot of Maltese want to explore the Beauty of Serbia like I do every so often, tough it hurts to see its to much of a hassle and expensive to get there.

Hey hey people the service to Croatia just started in the summer of last year. Definitely on a skyward trajectory still seasonal but increasing sharply. That is where JAT got its good increase and adding expanding service to Croatian tourist destinations.

Hey Lenard. I see lots of people flashing their Croatian passports at Nikola Tesla airport. Seems like quite a few visit Serbia. The thing is, we don't hate them. So long as they don't spit any venom, they are very welcome.

Must be a strange relationship: Not a single Croatian airport is amongst the Top 15 destinations for Belgrade Airport. Seems like there are more people prefer flying to Sarajevo and Skopje instead of those beautiful Croatian cities, not to mention that the top destination is Vienna ;-)
