Heroin addicts in the Montenegrin capital of Podgorica are able to buy this illegal drug at a kiosk, according to a report in the local Vijesti newspaper.
The email also provided information about the owners of the house and the kiosk, addresses, and places where the drugs were kept, and asked whether Montenegro's Interior Ministry was "on the side of the citizens, or on the side of criminals and the 'dope house' trend."
