Fortunately, it is not the only document or law that confirms Serbian sovereignty, which includes KiM. UNSCR1244 basically reconfirms that KiM is still a part of Serbia after NATO's aggression in attempting to steal it. That aggression is still in play today otherwise "Kosova"* would be independent by now.

Maybe you are talking how we will solve situation in North yes I agree however the rest is solved as you even see in this article K-Serbs already taking that so called Kosovo Citizenship. And think about it we are talking 40K people here its Balkans and people are so ingrained in the past that they find self worth in history or Athletes to claim glory.
North will be solved soon and as I said before North will get Autonomy inside Kosovo and Serbia will help in Health care and Education, Churches in Kosovo will get special status and Serbia will deal with Kosovo in same format as Germens did until 1990.
The rest is smoke and cheap talk by politicians, no more worth than my words our others in this forum.
Unemployment in Kosovo and Serbia is at the sky rocket % and at times is find SJ talking about demise of USA and glory of Russia which is as saying my neighbor has a ferrari :)).

Maybe you have not been to Serbia in long time and your comfort in Sweden does not allow you to go to see your keen but in a country like Serbia they are making 150Euro unless they start making 2000Euros you can not say they are 1500 times better. but if you wanted to say Sweden is 1000 better than Serbia and Kosovo you are correct.

Yes, UNMIK should organize elections, it is the competent and authotize body for it. We all saw the results when the Pristina government organized the 'democratic elections' last year. Compared to that, even the Russian elections were fair :)

Go read B92 in Serbian and see the true situation in Serbia how every other comment is : How tiered they are of Kosovo and that they should turn Ministry of Kosovo in to Ministry of Employment for Serbs of Serbia.

Fortunately, it is not the only document or law that confirms Serbian sovereignty, which includes KiM. UNSCR1244 basically reconfirms that KiM is still a part of Serbia after NATO's aggression in attempting to steal it. That aggression is still in play today otherwise "Kosova"* would be independent by now.
UNMIK chief Joachim Ruecker himself violated the resolution back in 2007 by the decrees wherein he quoted the Ahtisaari Plan in conducting Priština's elections in Kosovo, Samardžić stated and added that this means that Serbia has no obligations because the violation of Resolution 1244 was obvious.
Looks like all sides are violating UNSCR1244 when it comes to elections.
