1244 also says that Serbian police will be allowed to return to Kosovo and among other stuff, handle border controll between Kosovo and Albania. Nato continue to make sure that this part of the resolution is not implemented.

It states personnel to maintain a "presence" at key border crossing, no where does it say or imply control.
Also you blame NATO but has Serbia ever made a request for this part of the resolution. The answer is a HUGE NOoooo. Why because from 1999 to 2009 Serbia refused any acknowledgement that 1244 was valid. Now it is too late but still the fact remains Serbia has never ever requested to send personnel into Kosovo under the provision of 1244, so blame your own govt first, not NATO.

No dear, 1244 does not say that. It says that an "AGREED" number will be allowed to return. Your "very" very conveniently ommitted the word "AGREED". So far the agreed number is 0. There is no violation of 1244 with that.

All sides break/follow this resolution to their likings, if everyone follwed it, I am sure that Serbia would also and that everything would work more smothly for both Albanians and Serbs

Serbian government has the legal and political obligation to stage elections in Kosovo municipalities as well, in keeping with the Constitution and laws."

The above means nothing when it comes to Kosovo. Kosovo is there go and take if you have guts!

"The government is facing the problem of how to stage the elections now because it would allegedly violate UN Security Council Resolution 1244, but then UNMIK chief Joachim Ruecker himself violated the resolution back in 2007 by the decrees wherein he quoted the Ahtisaari Plan in conducting Priština's elections in Kosovo, Samardžić stated and added that this means that Serbia has no obligations because the violation of Resolution 1244 was obvious"

Ok, so even Slobodan does not reject the fact that by organizing the local elections in Kosovo Serbia would be violating Resolution 1244.

Serbia has no jurisdiction in Kosovo. Resolution 1244 says no local election. Officials of former Yugoslavia agreed to that 13 years ago. You can hold parliamentary elections and that's it.

Yugoslavia doesn't exist any more, but this resolution exists. Serbian parliament out of the nowhere decides to include Kosovo on it's constitutions fine, maybe other ex-Yugoslav Republics might as well do, what is there to stop them.

Maybe Serbian community is used to just take orders and put up with unelected people but other communities are not.

Parliament in Belgrade keeps making DIY constitution with no referendums ever called and expects others to respect.

Hey this is not medieval times. Move on.
