Serbs once again block EULEX vehicles

Serbs living there can block anything they want but so you know people dressed up in uniforms are controlling the northern border and with that said the only thing your blocking is you yourselves. We albanians don't really have business up there anyway.

When they talk about free movement in this Area they speak for everybody eccept the Serbs.

Both Eulex and KPS are at the border crossings, so apparently this is a game the internationals are playing with the Serbs to keep them entertained and keep trouble down. They think they are accomplishing something but It is not causing the crossings to go unmanned. We use to do the same thing when our children were little give them something to distract them and keep them out of trouble.

Well, if Pristina "cannot become the authority there", then they have no right to prevent the K-Serbs there from holding local elections, right? And the self-governing K-Serbs would also have the right to bar Eulex, KFOR and even Prisitna itself from their local territory, right? Finally, by confronting the K-Serbs there over local transportation issues, isn't Pristina, Eulex and KFOR undermining the authority of the K-Serbs to govern themselves as they see fit and therefore flouting the Kosovo Constitution?

Actually right now "playing" games with the Serbs in the north is about all they do have to do. It saves work down the road. And you like many of them are very misguided into thinking this is somehow fighting for their freedom. It is simply a was of thumping their chests and then they go back for a few shots of Rakia and say "we showed them today". But the borders are open with Eulex, Albanian, and Serb representatives there. North Kosovo is not an island. It cannot exist on its own. The money from Serbia WILL dry up, the pressure is on for Serbia to cut them lose and it will happen.
If the Serbs in the north accepts the Ahtissaari plan they will have everything they want except the name Kosovo, Serbia. But if they do not want to accept the A plan accept Tadics 4 point plan and then come to the table and talk. Not a big difference in 4 and A. Any hopes of Kosovo or part of Kosovo becoming independent should be frozen until the Albanians Lobbied for, and Serbia Received the scrapping of the Kumanovo Agreement.

There should be no Referendum put the Serbian Voters over Kosovo before that occurs, and so the Albanians need to Lobby for it to show how much they value Cooperation in the Region.
