Oh, EA, please stop with the slanderous name calling. Give the trial a chance, and we will hopefully see who is guilty and who is not. Just because Mr. Marty named the KLA and some of its leaders as culprits in this case, does not make him a liar. Let the courts decide what the truth is, that is what they are there for. And hopefully, there will be no political interference.

The only cowards are those that are afraid of getting to the bottom of the truth or facing the truth--like NATO officials,Albanian officials,Croatian officials and Turkey's officials. Dick Marty probably won't testify because he doesn't want a bullet in his head or to die of 'mysterious causes' like some of the other key witnesses.

The Albanians will most likely threaten him with his life if he testifies. It's very hard to testify against people that live & breathe mafia crime, especially when it's as serious as extracting organs & selling them.

Nobody likes Albanians. Send them (land thieves) all back to Albania.

Fascinating. Can you tell us how you know this. I would love to read an article somewhere about this. You have come across information which is crucial in discrediting Mr. Marty's call for an investigation and yet nobody seems to want to use it.

I don't know whether he could be called to testify, since it sounds like all he has is hearsay, what somebody else told him, and in U.S. courts, that's not admissible evidence. On the other hand, I don't see why the prosecutors haven't called on him to provide whatever information he does have. They would then be responsible for confirming the information, or otherwise, and developing any resulting evidence for presentation in court. Why are they waiting to even talk about this until the trial has already started? It's possible European legal practice is different - does anybody here know?

Unless you have "secret witnesses" and you can't reveal their identity I hereby ask you to provide evidence supporting your statement. Otherwise I feel free to claim that I have enough evidence against Comm. Parrisson in order to convince him/her/it of crimes against humanity. And now feel free to prove me wrong.
