Hard to say if it's a war crime or ordinary robbery. With the KLA being both a conflict party in the Kosovo war and a joint criminal enterprise connected to/recruited from local mafia members, the distinction is not easy.

Let me guess Demi, these Serbs were actually war criminals that personally killed 35,000 Albanians and Talak is just an honorable man taking justice in his own hands, right? :)

If thats a war crime then all members of VJ were war criminals under the war, close to 1 million refugees were expelled. The most heinous war crimes were commited by Serbian paramilitary forces that everyone can agree on, I wonder how many have been brought to justice for this kind of crimes, because as I have seen their crime records for facing justice are those that commited massacres or wiped out an entire village, so what Im trying to say is for a Serb to be facing justice in Serbia, he needs to have kille atleast 10 Albanians otherwise Serbian authorities wont bother with him/them, while for an Albanian only by joining UCK is a war crime itself by Serbian definition.

I know it is very desperate and sad of Serbia to denigrade the KLA as an combat organisation. I do not expect them to stomach the loss of war.

If an individual have committed a crime especially towards civilians it should be punished despite its ethicity.

If there was evidence of his crimes why not UNMIK, EULEX or Kosovo institutions were not informed?

Should other countries just walk into Serbia and kidnap any suspected Serb who committed crimes during the war and bring them to their country to try them.
