No, Gino, welcome to alcoholism. Are alcoholics any different in your country? Why are you trying so hard to slam Serbia? What is your problem, booze?

I've said it before and I'll say it again "Welcome to Serbia"

That sounds funny but that idiot could drive anywhere in 2000 km radius and than you pray you are not the one who is endangered. B92 forgot to tell, the consequences could be up to 300000 Dinar penalty extra to jail but I do not feel sorry for that idiot somehow.

Serbia is worth to mention here only because recently the fines went up. Otherwise I know a case where a guy went out of pub on his four, the sheriff was waiting at his car and the "victim" refused the probe. Later he asked for a full-scale trial, jury included. He had multiple convictions already but no evidence in that case. Jurrors had the choice to either believe the sheriff or the "victim". And since jury duty is mandatory they got really angry, normally such case is a lost one, pay $1500 to the lawyer, pay $1500 + for the conviction and volunteer for social work like cleaning up the highway. Usually that comes cheaper out than a full-scale trial. California, too is brutal with DUI.
