It appears the Albanians gained the most from the breakup of Jugoslavia and deservedly so. Serbia, without doubt, lost the most due to its belligerent policies of the 1990's. Driving through Belgrade, one can see the remains of government and military buildings. This must make the average Serb's blood boil to view the destruction due to NATO smart bombs. I'm sure Serbs feel a great deal of humiliation because of the lack of response from the Serb army.

Giving credit to croats, muslims and slovenians even if serbs were the successful ones. And albanians who got caught with drugs all over Europe were refered as "Yugoslavs or serbian citizens".
