Does he understand that he advocates betrayel of KSerbs or he believes that KSerbs would be better off in Albanian Kosovo or he thinks that KSerbs are minor issue?

Serbs themselvs drew these borders, if k-Serbs do not like it, serbia has a demographic problem to solve. Just kidding thats not going to happen and I dont want it to.
Canada is a good example of how diffrent ethnic groups live in hormony. Quebec had the chance to separate from Canada and voted no twice in the 20th century. Now the nationalist (Bloc Qubecois) who still dream of an Independent Quebec have drastically lost support in Quebec itself.
Canada offers Quebec more than it can otherwise manage by itself. Economic subsidies under feredral budget which rich Alberta and Ontario provide. Canada extensivly promotes French culture such as by having French language as official in all provinces and territories is only the tip of the iceberg.
On the other hand, the Jugoslavs despite thier common language could not manage to live together and learn by Canada's example mostly because Croats sided with the pope, Bosnians with the Turks and and Serbs with Orthdoxy inherited from Byzantium, with the Serbs wanting to dominate thier neighbours, after serbia declared independence from the Ottomans Empire
Albanians were in the middle of all these battlegrounds and we do have Catholic, Muslim and Orthodox believers however we remain united because it was a matter for survival to unite especially when your Slavic and Greek Orthodox neighbours have consistenly tired to do to us what they unfourtenantely did to northern Illyrian tribes and Thracians.
The slavs to us are intruders remain in the way for the ethnic Albanians who share borders with Albania to unite.The recent break with Jugo sparation,Serbian oppression were the ingredients that followed
help of the west air force that has allowed Prishtina to be independent.
If jugoslavia countinued existing by following Canada's example, would Croatia, Bosnia, Montenagro and Macedonia be independent?
Am positive Albanians would have prefered independence since we are
not Slavs and should not be in their union given the historic past
Making Prishtina Independent form jugoslavia where it had autonomy with republic like status (veto in juglsav legislation) would have been imposible since it had no grounds for independence.
If Belgrade trurly wanted to be Prishtina's capital after 1999 , it
should have offered what it had in Jugoslavia veto power in legislation in serbia legislation and emulate Canada's multicultural harmony.
Albanians would have still said no but it would have shown the seriousness on serbian side and not the (we'll give you autonimy for now and hopefuly we get to finish you off when another milosevic is in power)
Know what that then ment with Albanians having veto in Serbian legislation just like they did in Jugoslavia?
Another Bosnia in the Ballkans. Serbia didnt want Albanian Veto in its parliament and Albanians dont want union with Serbia.
So K-Albanians must do more to reconsile with the K-serbs in order to keep have a chance maintain the north in relity and not in paper
Wich they have every right since its borders that Jugoslavia marked.
Surely K-serbs will not accept even if Prishtina offered more than Ahtissari's plan. K-Serbs want to be with serbia than being represented by Thaci and his KLA background.
To Albanians he is a war hero, To Serbs, he is a criminal.
You cannot succesfully apply force to K-Srbs. They will resent even more.
Prishtina must start to elect competent politicians for K-serbs to even consider to be thier representative. The K-serbs and K-Albanians who want
territotial exchange must understand that border change will set off a chain reaction in Bosnia and Macedonia.
Join EU instead and everybody gets what they want.
