#1 Maybe one reason why they were extradicted, i.e. the process looks like a due process and even that they probably committed the crime, Serbia seem to try hard to show, there is no such thing as "probably guilty".

#2: Switzerland is not known for being a good refugee place for foreigners in particular if there is some reason to believe, the foreigner committed a crime. In the fact it would be the last place people who know the Swiss approach would go. Some places in Central America are "excellent", the guy in question was pretty dumb to say the least.

this case is seriously flawed, any casual bystander with a layman's understanding of criminal law knows that having such a lengthy sentence, first instance verdict, thrown out due to violations of the criminal proceedings means that a lot of the evidence is missing, incomplete and probably never existed in the first place. lets see if belgrade can host a fair trial and demonstrate the judiciary processes of a civilized nation.

So yes, of course, Serbian paramillitaries did rape male Albanians and Albanian KLA did rape male Serbs and there is nothing unique in that. That's the top of the iceberg because no one knows what is happening in Africa, you can only guess. Here at least something does surface once in a while.

Should be probably very traumatic because most men explicitly ask for female doctors if they have to go through regular medical check-up. If you ask me, such actions should be punished at least as severly as men raping females but unfortunately much is being untold because of shame.

Question is who are these animals and why the screening in the army and security forces even in countries with a lot of visibility is so lame.
