The Serbs in North KiM do not recognize any authority of the separatist Pristina Albanians, what does the West want to do, force them to live under this criminal Albanian rule? The Serbs will never live under Pristina, and if KFOR comes with big guns, and tries to impose criminal Albanian rule, they cannot fight NATO, and they will leave. Belgrade can then expect another 60,000 refugees coming into Serbia proper. I must hand it to Washington, they are great at these multi-ethnic nation-building projects they try around the world.

You seem even more pissed that your people are completely helpless in realizing their dreams without the West. Although the West does not favor Serb elections in Kosovo they wont allow Pristina to interrupt them and that just drives you insane doesn't it?

But what is the very worst is even if you did go in with special police to Mitrovica to try and stop the elections physically, you will retreat back to Pristina with one less person like in July...embarrassing

This is called democracy, and UN Resolution 1244, which the NATO war criminals signed, guarantees that Kosovo is Serbia. If they don't think it does, then they shouldn't have signed it, too late now!
This just goes to show how undemocratic these imperialists are, trying to dictate anti-democratic policies from abroad. They should be shown the middle finger.

Just was reading the UNSG last report on Kosovo in January and when looking at the UNMIK map of Kosovo noticed something significant. Prior to 2008 the map said "Province of Kosovo" After the UDI it was changed to just "Kosovo" but still had the markings around it and in the box it said "Provincial boundary" however now the map has deleted the Provincial boundary in the legend box. This is new with 2012.
Just an interesting FYI.

Because the Afghan government signed the SOFA in 2003… You should ask the Aghans about that; not sure we can help you here with an answer. Of course, if another country were to deploy its soldiers in the US and sign a SOFA, US will also not have jurisdiction over the crimes that those soldier may commit in the US.

As for the ICC, it has complementary jurisdiction to domestic, not concurrent with primacy clause like, say, ICTY. But I’m sure the murderer would love to be handed over to the ICC where his life will be spared; not like the US military court which can give him the death penalty.

I am in many posts just merely a mirror. I can't say "I had a discussion with B92" because it was one-sided. B92 "missed" one or two of my postings and I wrote to them an explanation what it is about and after some understandable delay they did appear or re-appear.

On several occasions I tried to make it sure that people here know that. The first is quite a news - wouldn't expect it in France.

The second is bizarre to the max and if you think a bit there is only one explanation: if there is no real enemy to fight, they will fight own citizens just to keep own budget. That monster will be DOA regarding its goals (not feasable) and obsolete before ready - but the money will be in the pocket of well-connected contractors, corruption at the highest level. And I am not talking about wheather that thing is ethical or not, just purely from technical standpoint.

If you look at the money that is more what ever was wasted on Balkans but it can be printed and the return on the investment will be zero.

Just was reading the UNSG last report on Kosovo in January and when looking at the UNMIK map of Kosovo noticed something significant. Prior to 2008 the map said "Province of Kosovo" After the UDI it was changed to just "Kosovo" but still had the markings around it and in the box it said "Provincial boundary" however now the map has deleted the Provincial boundary in the legend box. This is new with 2012.

Because the Afghan government signed the SOFA in 2003… You should ask the Aghans about that; not sure we can help you here with an answer. Of course, if another country were to deploy its soldiers in the US and sign a SOFA, US will also not have jurisdiction over the crimes that those soldier may commit in the US.

As for the ICC, it has complementary jurisdiction to domestic, not concurrent with primacy clause like, say, ICTY. But I’m sure the murderer would love to be handed over to the ICC where his life will be spared; not like the US military court which can give him the death penalty.
