«Unfortunately, Serbia has not much voice in this matter if it keeps cooperating with that court despite»

Well, Serbia did not cooperate much with the ICTY all the way. It took 15 years before Mladic and Karadzic were sent to the Hague, depriving all Serbs of justice for those who were killed during the war, no matter if they were Serbs, Croats, Bosniaks or others.

Twenty years after this un-civil war, Serbia is still «begging» to be part of the community of nations.

The people who created this court are the ones who should be on trial for war crimes.

We will forward your comment on to Russia and China as it was the UNSC that created the court and also has always had a judge from China sitting on it.
As ever present the people on the side of guilt always complain the courts are corrupt, no matter which country even in the international arena. Nothing new here!

"Now the focus is on the fact four people have died or committed suicide while in detention at the Hague Tribunal but nobody is talking about Đorđe Đukić, who died because he was misdiagnosed," he pointed out. '

Of course he was misdiagnosed, probably by the same doctors who gave Seselj a faulty pacemaker. This is fake court, a show trial, a NATO run political kangaroo court, and it's not just the judges who are fake, it's the doctors too. The whole thing is an abomination and should have been shut down years ago. The people who created this court are the ones who should be on trial for war crimes.

Their health seriously declines when they live at the Hague for awhile, and many of them have died very premature - a decade or much more before the usual life expectancy of Serbian males.
At least one was murdered - Milan Babic - is the logical conclusion based on the autopsy results and how the doctors there (from the Netherlands) said it was unseen in all of medical literature that the marks on his neck would have come from him dying by hanging himself from the particular belt they showed.
The marks on his neck were notably narrower than the belt and the doctors/autopsy personnel said that has never happened in the autopsy reports/records of all genuine hanging. They say the marks on the neck are equal or greater/wider, NEVER A CASE OF BEING NARROWER.
Therefore I conclude that Milan Babic was probably strangled to death.
And he died around the same time that Slobodan Milosevic was conveniently dispatched.
Don't forget they had tampered/switched Milosevic's medication several months before he died and claimed it was some accident.
They in the prison all became all hyper and alarmed when they found he had switched plates with another inmate even though the food was the same - at least it looked the same, said Milosevic. I believe they were putting stuff in his food to counteract with his medication.
Unfortunately, Serbia has not much voice in this matter if it keeps cooperating with that court despite all that's happened. They kowtow to all the demands of the same countries that promote the murder, tortures and ethnic cleansing of Serbs and blame them for staged atrocities and simply killing enemy soldiers.

War criminals in poor health. That should stir up an outcry around the world, you think?
As far as the electronics interfering with Seselj's pacemaker, he only has to appear now for his verdict and sentencing then he can die in peace in whatever prison they place him.

Of course they're all in bad health - what do you expect from of a bunch of fat old guys who have spent their lives drinking tanker loads of rakija, smoking 5 packs of cigarettes a day, eating truckloads of burek and ćevapi, and getting no exercise? It's not like they went to the Hague looking like Novak, Janko, and Nenad and suddenly went downhill...
