I have been a crazy foreigner from serbia in many countries, I did disrespectfull things, but i never expected to be killed for my drunken actions. Go ahead open the Pandora's box. So far there has not been a definite victim identified and no trail of where these supposed organs have gone, only theories. Try taking your theories to court and see where it gets you.
As far as compensation for Afghan children killed, it will come, without a lawsuit.
