Albanians blocked roads (even several times as Albanian farmer said) not allowing Russian KFOR troops to proceed to their place of dislocation.

Now I have a question to Albanian posters here: do you support it or not and why?

Of course everybody supports the freedom of movement, the same way that at the end KFOR troops were located where they wanted after the illegal blocking for a few months by Kosovo Albanians.

@WTH
Albanians expelled from the north? are you kidding..
The only people expelled are non Albanians of Southern Kosovo!
In the north are I believe around the same number Albanians as before 1991.
And that was the only area where Serbs were still the majority!
If you are concerned about freedom of movement, ensure then the safety of returnees (Serbs/Romas and others) who cannot return to the south!

If that is true, WTH, what about all the Serbs that have been driven out of Kosovo by Albanians, some say as many as 250,000? Not to mention all the violence and destruction the Albanians have perpetrated against Serbs in the South? You don't think the Serbs in the North have a valid concern?

"...as soon as a civil servant from a northern Kosovo municipality gives a statement for the media, that statement is broadcast and printed without being confirmed by some other source. Moreover, other media just copy it and transmit further,” the KFOR spokesman remarked.

Spot on! It means that the northern Serbs are desperate for news because no one relavant wants to listen to them.

Ask the K-Albanians that have been forcefully expelled from the north by your buddies. Or do you apply the right to return only on K-Serbs?

Ben, why are you and your buddies here, so enthralled with the North of Kosovo, especially since it is Serbian dominated? I just don't get it. The status issue is still up in the air, so clearly Pristina cannot establish, and man, a border there with Serbia. What is the fascination then, especially since the rest of Kosovo needs so much help and resources. Kosovo, mainly South of the Ibar, is dirt poor, and Albanians concentrate on the North. What am I missing here? Would it not make more sense to work on developing what they (Pristina) does control, and wait for the disputed areas to be resolved. May the urge to fight Serbs still is strong, that Albanians cannot help themselves, even if it's almost 13 years since the Serbian army left.

Correct. And please add that, in order to fill its status neutral mandate, EULEX has to stop acting as Pristina taxi service.
(Comm. Parrisson, 14 March 2012 11:55)

Theres is an agreement between Belgrade and Pristina on IBM (Integrated Border Management). So why shouldn't it be status neutral to transport K-Albanian customs officers to that border or if it makes you feel better ABL? And if the K-Serbs in the north wouldn't violate that agreement EULEX wouldn't have to give them a ride to their workingplace.

KFOR, Kosva's Govt and the inter community should stop with these 'Serbian municipal reps in north'...

They are just spoke persons of Blgd Govt.

It is obvious that it is Serbian security forces special units of MUP/Army there in considerable number.

If you think I'm wrong well then Prishitna should send a normal police force there for such circumstances 300-500 police forces. If this normal contingent faces challenges in fulfilling their duties it means that much larger and organized force is challenging them and such force cannot be produced by local Serbs.

More or less this was confirmed in July 2011 but it seems that in some thick heads in Prishitna this is not enough to declare that part of her territory is under Serbian occupation. I know her masters in Washington and Brussels "advice" not to even think in saying such thing but time is running out people had enough of this BSH.

“It bewilders us that as soon as a civil servant from a northern Kosovo municipality gives a statement for the media, that statement is broadcast and printed without being confirmed by some other source. Moreover, other media just copy it and transmit further,” the KFOR spokesman remarked.

This is a clear message to Serb media in general, not to report lies. Countless statements were given to Serb media from northern thugs, and yet the media failed to go and confirm it from KFOR, before reporting to public.

“In order to fulfill its mandate EULEX has to have the freedom of movement,” the KFOR spokesman stressed.

Correct. And please add that, in order to fill its status neutral mandate, EULEX has to stop acting as Pristina taxi service.
