YOU should mind your own business, Mr.Kacin.

"Belgrade cannot deal with corruption, because that is where the systemic corruption has accumulated after ten years of the Optor crowd. "
(Yet Another J S, 14 March 2012 13:02)

Accumulated? It's more like the inherent corruption in Serbia has been inherited from previous times and governments. The level of corruption was falling ever since 2004 (including Montenegro then), only in 2011 there was an increase, for whatever reason.

I suggest you look again: Look for example at number 143. Isn't that the country (hint: the one starting with an R) that some here consider as Serbia's potential saviour?
(WTH?, 14 March 2012 15:13)

Yes, some do, but I consider that country starting with an 'R...' neither being European nor being a good example for transparency, human rights, fair and democratic election, lack of corruption.

I am surprised that the USA is at 24th place on the corruption list, posted on Wikipedia. You would think that how the White House and Congress lectures the entire world on democracy, rule of law, and human rights, that they would be at least in the top 10. Seems that the USA may need a bit of work too, huh Zeljko? But I know, it's easier to point the finger at Serbia, especially after the USA bombed Serbia into oblivion, destroying its economy and infrastructure. Now the EU wants Serbia to be a model citizen of the Union. This guy continues to irritate me, not just his words, but his holier than thou appearance, too.

Belgrade cannot deal with corruption, because that is where the systemic corruption has accumulated after ten years of the Optor crowd.

The only ones who can make a difference against systemic corruption are the Voters of Serbia at the next Election.

It could be that the Unprincipled European Union are trying to make the corruption addict and power for the sake of power addicts of Tadic and Company give away Kosovo for a start up date for beginning talks for joining the European Union.

The Unelected European Union Officials would not admit such things as being proof of systemic corruption in the European Union.

There were People, who heard that there were no new conditions on Serbia in order to make progress toward joining the European Union.

It could be that after the matter with Greece, the European Union reluctantly knows that they cannot tolerate corruption, because it will bring an end to the European Union.

"Belgrade can deal with systemic corruption. When and how it will do so, it remains to be seen. Corruption exists in the most developed countries, but systemic corruption that reflects in the rule of private interests and political parties has to be overcome. "

Corruption exists in the most developed countries, but there's only one country that is founded on corruption and where mafia clan leaders are politicians at the same time. Well, some say its not a real country, but only in the wishful thinking of these politicians.
