They obviously do not want to live under the authority of the Albanians, (PapaJohn, 14 March 2012, 12:48)

that's already solved, dear. Kosovo Serbs are already implementing the provisions of Kosovo's Constitution by managing by themselves their local affairs - unless they elect an Albanian as mayor, no Albanian is going to govern their lives.

"KFOR could not be satisfied until full freedom of movement was secured to all people in the north."

Don't be too hash on him, he is a soldier, he can only reproduce the words he was tought, he doesn't know words of his own.

Why I wonder hasn't got freedom of movement in NKosovo? Only Albanian "police officers" haven't.

"it is a matter of sovreignity. Kosova needs to show to her citizens above all and the international community that no one is above the law". Ben
But, Ben, Kosovo is a disputed territory, it is not a sovereign nation, so says most of the world's nations. As for no can be above the law, you have to be kidding, right? With Pristina's government led by the likes of the Snake Thaci, and full of ex KLA terrorists, so named by the US State Dept., you have the nerve to say no one can be above the law. Remember the old saying, clean your own yard first?

To show everyone that no one is above the law, the best way would be if prosecutors in Pristina would arrest Thaci and some other corrupt politicians/criminals/mafia leaders.

Ben, without KFOR Pristina does not have the physical might to do what you propose. Why are you such a hawk? There are families that live in the North of Kosovo, and they are protecting their families lives. They obviously do not want to live under the authority of the Albanians, and for good reason. Look at all of the violence and destruction that has been perpetrated against Serbs in the South of Kosovo since 2004 alone, the murders, destruction of monasteries, desecration of cemeteries, stoning of buses, and on and on. I think the Serbian population in the North has a bona fide concern. And people like you want to force them to live under the protective government of Pristina, why?

And he is perfectly right!

1. It is political matter: EU/US twisted Koosva's hand for the third time now to satisfy Serbias request for 1244. No Serbia although insisted in res 1244 she does not respect it. Thus or candidate status should be frozen or withdrawn

2. it is a matter of sovreignity. Kosova needs to show to her citizens above all and the international community that no one is above the law.

Obviously the intern community is not interested in optioon 2 having problems in A-stan and now Iran but that does not mean that Kosova still after 12 years needs a baby sitter does it??? if it still does than you deserve to lose even this little that you have. Time to grow up Kosova.
