Can we get some FACTS about this story, please???
(Nenad, 9 March 2012 17:30)

Yes, indeed we can. Another Serb is going to die of heart trouble, while in custody. Šešelj is just another Serb claiming heart problems to get out of sentencing. No one fakes heart problems like Serbs. They do it so hard they die in custody in Holland who have some of the best specialists in the world. They hate the Death sentence in the EU but state sponsored "Euthanasia" is much approved of. Semantics? A fiction writer couldn't make this stuff up without being laughed out of his publisher's office.

PS- for Seslj to be a criminal he has to be proven so. So far he has not. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Do you say the same thing for Thaci? After all he has not been indicted nor arrested. With the exception of in Serbia which no one in the international community nor Interpol holds as legitimate.

Blero, what if Thaci was convicted of organ-harvesting while leading the KLA, what would that make you, and all other Albanians that support him? In any case, he is certainly guilty of being a mafia boss, again, what does that make you>

@funny observation, this Criminal would have not made it there without support from people like you.You do not have to kill to be a criminal. If you help criminals you are part of the crime and in this case the whole Serbia.Like it or not this is the truth in the front of the whole worlds eyes.
(Blero, 9 March 2012 17:55)

And if you support a terrorist organization (KLA), you yourself are a terrorist. And the world knows the KLA is a terrorist organization. So you my friend and every other K-Albanian are a terrorist.

You sure the guards weren't just giving him E, or maybe a painkiller, to help him get over the blues? Or maybe his wife was coming up for a conjugal visit and he needed a Viagra or Cialis? Can we get some FACTS about this story, please???

"Sicknote postponing his trial again. No wonders its taken so long"

Yeah, if you were being the same 'medication' Šešelj's been receiving, you'd be in the hospital too. When he's given the odd pill or two by prison guards it reminds of the old adage: "There's more than one way to skin a cat," which, in this case reads, "There's more than one way to arbitrarily push a punishment forward."

There is no such thing as guilty or innocent in international politics. That's why it's called politics, it's political. This is also to say that it is precisely antithetical to impartial. He's not there because he's one of the few bad guys in the world, if that were the case Saudi Arabia and North Korea would have been invaded long ago to remove their rulers or Dick Cheney would be in Šešelj's chair. No, Šešelj is there because he's one of those that the west deemed bad.

Albanians: be glad they haven't turned on you, yet, but the time will come when your own will be tried just like Gotovina or invaded because you worship Allah and get money for mosques from less than scrupulous Middle Eastern benefactors.

Brits: be glad you got a voice in determining the limitations of the word genocide, otherwise had they not left out "cultural genocide" your entire history would read: Guilty, guilty, guilty. With BRICS becoming more powerful, maybe India and South Africa will still have a chance to charge the UK with genocide. Luckily for them, that crime has no statute of limitations.

Even though Seselj acts as a bully, all this vendetta is hard to manage, psychologicalley and amotionnally. All this had a severe impact on his health. He would have been so easy to admit the truth, as presented by the Prosecutor, throught documents and facts.
