Elections will take place,since KiM is part of Serbia according to UN1244!

With friends like these, who needs enemies?

Who do the yanks think they are telling another country how to conduct their business?
Do they own the world? They act as if they do. If the government had any gust they would expel this woman and tell the US that when they agree to have Serbia tell them which states to conduct elections in and which not, then and only then they can have a say in where elections are taking place in Serbia.

As long as Serbia tells USA and the rest in very diplomatic and kind language that

1. We have agreed to disagree about Kosovo issue;
2. Kosovo's status isn't “finished” as far as Serbia is concerned;
3. Serbia listens to will of people in North Kosovo, and suggests USA to do the same;
3. Serbia also considers Kosovo as a “special case”;
4. It's only natural that the U.S. and Serbia see the issue of Kosovo through different eyes, how could it be another way?;

...there's no need to raise the voice and Serbia has no problems to maintain its position.

In case the USA starts talking too much about good neighborly relations Serbia can remind the US Ambassador of the USA's embargo against Cuba that has its 50th birthday this year. So not just some passing embargo, but an unfriendly act that USA has codified into a law. Naturally USA holds all rights for maintaining its position. And so does Serbia.

The United States of Windbags is at it again. I recall a story about Hitler and it seems that in his last days in the bunker he kept on issuing orders to move various Panzer and Infantry divisions to counter attack the oncoming allied forces. One small problem was these same divisions had already surrendered weeks before but no one dared to tell Hitler. Much like the US today, living in a time warp of the 1950s and thinking that its desires will be obeyed.
While millions of thousands of Americans are living in abject poverty here we have the representative of a poor version of a once greet nation issuing demands like old Adolph.
Mary here is two pieces of news. The first is election will be carried out using 1244 and you can stick your special envoy where the sun does not shine.
The second is the US demise has been calculated to the year and as your illustrious country approaches it the greater the chaos internally. As for Kosova being serbian under 1244 It's not true. 1244 sayes Kosova was part of Yugoslavia before 1999. Serbia is not mentioned since Serbia was also an part of Yugoslavia. But Yugoslavia do not exist so the people of Kosova has choosed to be independent. It's the will of the people so nobody has the right to oppose it.

So Kosova is independent and not part of Serbia. In reality and legaly confirmed by ICJ on the declaration of independence. Serbia has accepted that verdict.

That means UN1244 which says in its original Kosovo is an inaliebale part of the SRJ means Kosovo is an inalieble part of Serbia since Serbia is the sucessor state of SRJ!

Second,the ICJ did not mention Kosovos status but the right of Pristina to make declarations!

How would the US Respond if Russia and China openly stated that they do not support and are against the current election process for US president? Funny that here we are in the middle of a presidential election, supposed free and fair, the beacon of democracy as individuals cast their votes across the fruited plain..yet we condemn the election process of another nation bc we (US) decided to amputate Kosovo from Serbia and give it to an albanian horde which will do our bidding. 1244 does not say that Kosovo is an integral part of anything either Yugoslavia nor Serbia. That comes from your constitution which was changed in an afternoon session to include it,once it was evident that Kosovo was about to unilaterally declare independence. Since it was changed in one afternoon to include it, it can be changed in a matter of minutes to not include it.
1244 concerns itself with what rights Serbia does not have in regards to Kosovo and not what rights Serbia retains, which was nothing. Read it you will be amazed.

Shpetim, it is common knowledge that after WWII Tito did not allow Serbs to go back to Kosovo, and allowed hundreds of thousands of illegal albanians to settle there. This is not even disputed, it's common knowledge. There are countless sources and history books on this, just try using google. Than I think NATO will withdraw military forces from Kosova, than the “Strong Army” of Serbia will march till Prizren. Aboriginal Americans? wat? Mexicans in California or Texas are often mentioned. Mexicans are literally risking their lives so their children can be born American. They have no interest in any kind of separatism.

What you're telling me, is people entered Yugoslavia, from Albania even as late as the 1980's and there is no footage of them doing so or even say a news report. Whats more, the Serbs emigrated to Serbia and were being chased out by those illegal Albanians and the Yugoslavia authorities did nothing. I do know that most Serb posters here believe the most bizarre explanations (like the CIA broke up Yugoslavia) but if you engage your brain for even a little second, you'll realize how outlandish it sounds that half a million Albanians crossed over in the space of 30 years and there is no records on show to back it up

How would the US Respond if Russia and China openly stated that they do not support and are against the current election process for US president? Funny that here we are in the middle of a presidential election, supposed free and fair, the beacon of democracy as individuals cast their votes across the fruited plain..yet we condemn the election process of another nation bc we (US) decided to amputate Kosovo from Serbia and give it to an albanian horde which will do our bidding. We destroy Libya and its' people in order to remove one man, which obviously was better than the current state of affairs...lets be honest, Libya is a mess and total disaster, Afghanistan will be our Vietnam 2, Iraq is a total failure, Senator McCain wants US to bomb Syria, seems like the US continues to believe that manifest destiny is alive and well. Inside each and every person is an American just waiting to get out...it's up to War Pigs like him to spring them loose.

Than I think NATO will withdraw military forces from Kosova, than the “Strong Army” of Serbia will march till Prizren. Albanians that the only hope had USA will welcome with flowers the Serbian Army that has destroyed all Empires (Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, NATO) and after 4 years “Kosovo is Serbia”. WW2 is very recent anyway, there must be some camera footage of those people flooding in. Try harder next time and I may grounds to believe you. What you're telling me, is people entered Yugoslavia, from Albania even as late as the 1980's and there is no footage of them doing so or even say a news report. Whats more, the Serbs emigrated to Serbia and were being chased out by those illegal Albanians and the Yugoslavia authorities did nothing. I do know that most Serb posters here believe the most bizarre explanations (like the CIA broke up Yugoslavia) but if you engage your brain for even a little second, you'll realize how outlandish it sounds that half a million Albanians crossed over in the space of 30 years and there is no records on show to back it up

That's beside the point. They don't want to be part of Macedonia, Montenegro, and Greece either. They don't get along with anyone. The fact is, they are in Serbia, and if they don't like it they are free to go back to where they came from - Albania. I personaly hope that they flood Germany, that would be poetic justice.

Shpetim, it is common knowledge that after WWII Tito did not allow Serbs to go back to Kosovo, and allowed hundreds of thousands of illegal albanians to settle there. This is not even disputed, it's common knowledge. There are countless sources and history books on this, just try using google. Bosnian Serbs don't want to be part of Bosnia. Northern Kosovo Serbs don't want to be part of Albanian Kosovo. Nobody seems to accept these facts.

'In Kosovo, under Albanian and German rule nearly 100,000 Albanians moved into Kosovo. Serbs were harassed and attacked by the occupying force of Albanians.

In 1967 Tito made his first visit to Kosovo. He purged Alexander Rankovic, who was a strong Serbian "centralist" and much hated in Kosovo, from power in Kosovo. This created euphoria among the Albanian population. More concessions were made to Albanian nationalism dealing with languages, education and other cultural issues. A veritable flood of Albanian nationalism was the predictable result.
