Agriculture Minister Dušan Petrović and NBS governor Dejan Šoškić say "a certain stabilization of the Serbian dinar against the euro could take place".

According to Šoškić, the weakening of the domestic currency has affected a part of citizens and the economy with obligations in foreign currencies, as well as importers, while the most healthy part of the economy, exporters, who use "domestic inputs" and domestic workforce, have benefited from it. The problem is Mr. Soskic, very little is exported from this country, while tons are imported. And the poor people who have borrowed in foreign currencies, most mortgages and auto loans, are getting hammered. Why do Serbian politicos always try and whitewash a bad situation? Maybe politicians everywhere do this?

We know that he didn’t pressuring you Mr Soskic ..our president is not interested in Serbia problems the only thing that he care abot is how to stay on president place and do nothing another four years!! That is how things goes in Serbia..

Sorry, go back to school, please. Exporters are the profiteers of a weakening currency, not importers.
No wonder the economy is going to the dogs with experts like this.
