"Winston even you don't belive that Kosova is a Serbian province. We all know by now what Kosova is. Ask EU and US if you don't know. "
(Demi, 5 March 2012 17:22)

Correct, everybody knows it. Kosovo clearly defined as a disputed territory with unresolved status, currently under UN administration (UN1244). Some people really believe it's an independent country because a certain group of people declared independence, other believe that it's part of Serbia because it's written in Serbia's constitution. How ignorant these people are.

Winston res 1244 refers to Yugoslavia. We all know that Yugoslavia dosen't exist. I think you should read res 1244 before you use it to your advantage. But I think you already know this don't you ? But you have to hold on to somthing since you know that you or Serbia don't have any power to stop the already settled Kosova independence.

And if res 1244 would be voted in UN it would now exist since majority would vote against it. It's an dead resolution wich has no meaning. Kosova is not governed by UN in reality as it is stated by res 1244. Res 1244 exist only because of Russian Veto power. But hey the people in Syria is also having an hell because of Russian veto power. Russia is an evil un-democratic country wich use every oppertunity to work against free and democratic western countrys. The same western countrys that Serbia wants to be a part of.

Majority EU countrys recognize Kosova as fully independent. Why would Serbia want to be a part of that union then ?

But hey I don't know why we are disccusing this since Tadic is on his way to fully recognize Kosova. He is doing it step by step so radicals like you wont notice.

Kosova wont surely not be a part of Serbia. Can we agree on that if we don't agrre on the independece issue ?

Hello EA,

As a K-Albanian and for the sake of this forum please do not repeat this any more you sound like Ron from long ago and like Serbian and Albanian politicians with same wording over and over. You are not running a campaign here... its becoming redundant please stop.

This forum knows your what your position is.

Back to article : I think they wont be able to come to such solution it could however be done more vague way. Serbia gets each month amount of MW Serbs in Kosovo are spending and then that amount will be send to Kosovo at no charge to KEK(kosovo Electric Company). Serbs will get a bill from Kosovo they wont have to pay as its taken care from Serbia than Sebia Charges them in their subsidy program. All have the power in it and no one is getting hurt. KEK gets the power back to send to rest of Kosovo Serbia gets to keep Serbs in Kosovo happy and like this its under Kosovo control.

Telecom I am not sure how this will happen they need license in Kosovo and it might be more problematic.

Cheers

The more Albanians like "Engineer" and NOT like "EA" the more chance there will be for agreements and relations between the two ethnicities.

Noone can ever criticize a balanced and intelligent opinion or suggestion.

At least Engineer is thinking of BOTH sides = balance.

I'm not saying I agree with his suggestion but I will not just disparage it.

It is now in the open for others to address, review, add or subtract from, and in no way invites 'hate'.

Thanks Engineer.

It is not difficult. Look, we agree on that sentence with that footnote:

"Serbs don't change their stance towards Kosovo. And 1244 is a nice number." *

* This sentence applies for the internal consumption. Serbia is heading directly towards what it denies. Serbia acknowledges implicitly Kosovo's independence and waits to announce it explicitly when it gets something of worth in exchange from the EU, in particular, EU membership.

As any other Serbian company that exports in Kosova (or who for them is representing them in Kosova) will be licensed form the Kosova's autorities and will excericse his business in energy or telecom.

I don't see anyone complaining about a Serbian truck entering Kosova thus I cannot see how someone would complain about electrones/protons entering in Kosova and vice-versa.

The only thing is that that can happen only after that these state monopoly activities will be liberalized in Kosova, if they are not already liberalized.

Where is the probelm???

Demi, Kosova, as you call it, still is a province of Serbia - consult UNSC Resolution 1244 if you do not believe me. Until Serbia's Southern province of Kosovo is no longer its province, according to the UNSC, then I will stop referring to Kosovo as such. Do I make myself clear? Stop trying to be intelligent, because you do not come off that way. I know exactly what I am saying, legally, you do not. Just because Albanian separatists, the US, and most of the EU countries have said there is an Albanian independent State on Serbia's Southern province, does not make it reality. The United Nations say you are not. So please, Demi, cut the crap with trying to educate me. I have certainly forgotten more, that you will ever even know.

Demi

Yawn, another day, and another spam from EA about Serbia must recognize an independent Albanian State on its Southern province. EA, honestly, you must find another hobby besides hanging out on Serbian news sites. Will you be at the "release Seselj" rally coming up in BG this Spring?

As for EA hanging on B92. Aren't foreigners allowed to comment on B92 and other serbian sites ? You call your self winston so what are you doing here everyday calling Kosova an province ?

The matter has nothing to do with Thaci, doni, if has to do with how much the BG government is willing to lean in order to get their EU talks date. Please start being more realistic, and let's all stop this infantile breast-beating that goes on on this site.
