Protocol on Russian loan next week

Serbia's Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Milutin Mrkonjić says a protocol on a USD 800mn Russian loan for the Serbian railways will be signed next week.

That's a shame that Serbia is taking loans from a country like Russia. The price of doing deals with the Kremlin is always existential.
Much better to get money on the international money markets - there, you just have to pay it back. You don't have to do KGB spies political favours.

Poor Milutin Mrkonjić he dose not know you don't talk in to that kind of head set. Also he dose not know the 85% Russia and 15% Serbia is what Russia's share will be and Serbia will be left with only 15%. Plus the bill and interest payments on the "loan" poor Serbia again ripped off by a good bosom-buddy friend Russia. I'm sorry Serbs you are just not business oriented as some peoples are how do you think Russia got so Big by stealing your still in the amateur leagues. This is how are government think about everything..tako loan,share between them and take the other one..they will enyoy and the people of Serbia will pay the loan…What is enough is enough,its time to take our lifes in our hands and take them off this functions !!

The problem with taking out loans in USD now is that it is weak and it seems will start to strengthen. In this case we will be paying more back due to currency appreciation.
