These stories are just weak attempts to equalize the war crimes committed by all belligerents of the war. The sooner Serbia decides to focus their time and resources in improving their economy and moving foward, the better off they will be.

Years and years of condemnation of Serbs and portraying them as the worse horror and all these wonderful Albanians and Croatians were rejoicing. Now there is a chance to show that Serbs suffered too and they all come out of the woodwork condemning the attempt.
Why? Why are you all so worried? Your propaganda worked so well for so long that any evidence of Serb civilians suffering and being murdered is not going to make any difference to your western pals.
The whole west joined together in showing us nothing but Serbian aggression, real or staged and only Serbia is trying to do the right thing by their victims and you are up in arms already.

Easy: UN/NATO maneuvering and intervention along with sanctions and pressures which would have the Yugoslav/Serbs repeatedly move back after gains.
There was intense NATO bombing of Serbs at the end of the Bosnian war along with UN soldiers already there shooting and firing mortars at the Serbs. For instance, there are photos of British UN troops on Mount Igman firing on Serbs. Also the Danish soldiers, back in 1994, were using Leopard tanks against Serbs who they had for months pretended to befriend, all the while gradually receiving those tanks. Then when they got a specified number of tanks they attacked the Serbs.

Also, the UN was handing information on Serb positions to the Muslims and Croats. There were many foreign mercenaries who would have access to UN information while being involved in some UN "humanitarian" mission and they'd hand information they received being an "insider" to the Croat or Muslim paramilitary/special forces/military.

People, don't you get it? All the leaders and media in your countries tell you different stories (e.g. history books in schools tell different stories about the same thing on the Balkans), it was always the other side, crimes of a small group are generalised for all the people where the group comes from, every nation is just a victim of missunderstanding, blabla... All of this is populism and propaganda, who knows in most cases what really happened until it is not rationally and unbiased analysed. You can only find out what happened, if you REALLY try to find out what happened, not by listening to whomever. Everybody who researches the Balkan wars outside the Balkans can see that crimes were done on all sides by instrumentalised armies or other forces. Serbia was just the last one standing, most aggressive and least cooperating in the end, therefore it got the most blame. But apart from that people like Tudjman and Milosevic are mentioned within one breath, just to give an example. Many west European countries suffer(ed) from Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, Albanian, Italian, Romanian or whatever mafia (I say "mafia" not "nation" and everybody is a fool who thinks that criminal organizations and nations are the same), received houndreds of refugees as well as good workers and peaceful citizens from all "sides", and so on.
