Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik claims that the pressure that Serbs in Srebrenica are exposed to is unacceptable.

8000?!?!? woaw what year are you from? This number was proven false but a huge factor.
FYI: The 8000 include:
-Still missing (Serbs and muslims)
-3 years of intensive war
-and a few kebabs they found laying on the side of the road.

The next municipal elections in Srebrenica will take place like they take place everywhere else:
the citizens of this municipality will choose their mayors,not someone living in Sarajevo or Tuzla for the last 20 years!
If they want to vote they can return,if not,stay where you are!
BTW If special provision was good for Srebrenica and the Bosniaks to manipulate with it,what about Sarajevo where 200.000 Serbs were living before the war?
The elections will take place like verywhere else,no more excklusive rights for them!

Why doesn't Dodik say what the real problem is. The refusal of both sides to implement and fully enforce Anex 7. He doesn't want it anymore than the people he spits on.
OHR said something more concrete to Avaz than was quoted here...
"We expect that both sides sit down and work out a solution that is in the interest of all the current and former residents of Srebrenica."
They said this because the hicks at SBB and Avaz are those behind the "initiatives" to allow the dead to vote through proxies.
When you deal with crazies like this you have to come up with crazy solutions...but together.

No Avai no serbs died in and around Srebrenica ??? at least there army came to help not like Oric which ran and left the people huh if ever possible would love to see the true figures....
