You say recognition of Kosovo's sovereignty isn't tied with Serbia's attempt to join the union? I counter with the fact that the lead negotiator is always making statements regarding Serbia's EU fate....something which has nothing to do with his job. He pronounces them much much more frequently then idk the so called president (Tadiq).
