So if you really mean what you say then all negotiations with Kosovo must stop because I don't see how negotiations with Vojvodina are requited in order to get anywhere further with EU membership.

You can't have it both ways. It's always been as plain as the nose on your face that Serbia must choose and cannot sit on both sides of the fence, unlike Yugoslavia during Toto's times.
