One small step forward for minorities in Serbia, which were and are threatened not just by right wrong crazies and homophobes, but also the "democratic" politicians, the cops, and the ever loyal media. You call yourself democratic but boy do you have a long long way to go!

I understand both sides but violence is not the option. I think it is sad that citizens feel threatened with violence because of how they were born (most of them).

I personally don't wish to see a pride parade in Belgrade but I would never incite physical nor verbal violence. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion and can peacefully make a protest.

Watching the video of the 2009 parade and the beating they all were given from the hooligans made me feel sick. I felt it was so cowardly and shameful. That is Neanderthal kind of behaviour.

I am a Serb and believe that if Karadjordje would bare witness to cowardly attacks like those he would condemn it. It is not brave or manly to attack someone for their sexuality.

I personally am grossed out when I see two guys kiss on the street and also if they are dressed like girls. As a man perhaps it's the testosterone and the X & Y chromosomes in our bodies? But It just grosses me out.

I am just trying to be totally honest here about my views and hope that I don't offend anyone.
