Too funny Peggy, as if Russia and China both did not have anything to do with setting up the Hague, or the ICJ, and if the UN means America, then why would YOU be saying an investigation must be under the UN umbrella.
By the way did you see where the UNSC had set up a successor court to complete the unfinished business of the Hague courts for Yugoslavia and Rwanda. So aparently both Russia and China feel the work of the ICTY needs to be completed. Either could have vetoed if they felt it was only a NATO court. Also the US judge from the ICTY will be president of the new court.

Maybe Jeremic should focus more on the fundamentals of diplomacy. Ghana has refused to withdraw its recognition of Kosovo, and as a result Serbia and Ghana are closing their embassies in each others' countries. If diplomacy is supposed to be about preventing inter-governmental problems, this is a bad sign. (Serbia used to be known for the quality of its diplomacy - what happened??)

I never said that Pristina does not want to return the missing persons. I want people not to play with the dead. The desire to find these missing people, both Albanians and Serbs rests on Belgrade's hands.
Well our foreign minister Enver Hoxha can't uncover the destiny of over 2000 missings Kosovo albanians because the missing people are buried in Serbia ( not Kosovo ) and Belgrad knows very well where those bodies are buried but they doesn't want to return the corpses. Maybe Jeremic should focus more on the fundamentals of diplomacy.
