However I suspect that IF Kosovo joins white schengen list (wich they won't do anytime soon) it will be revoked very fast, 10s of thousands of asylum seekers that wants to escape "kosova prison black hole" is going to flood Germany, Sweden, Holland and other countries known for their generous wellfare to asylum seekers.

They already do. They usually carry around 3 or 4 passports with them in case one of them isn't recognized in customs. Lots of Albanians go embassies in Belgrade to get Serbian passports. They're not stupid enough to take their chances with a "Kosova" passport if their intended destination comes with a one-way ticket :)

The non-prejudicial-to-status" formulation seems to be their best way forward, for the time being. (If Serbia hadn't insisted on that asterisk, this solution wouldn't be so readily available: Prishtina may want another monument, to Boris and Borislav. Not right away, probably.)
