Serb municipalities criticize agreement

The Assembly of the Municipalities of Kosovo said <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/insight/pressroom.php?yyyy=2012&mm=02&nav_id=78973" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the agreement on Kosovo's regional representation</a> was "recognition of the territory's independence".
