We can have as many debates as you want, and one thing is really for sure and what really maters to us is that we are 100% independent from Serbia. That is for ever.. Now.! Serbia will get in EU without Kosova. What does that tell you..? Think..
We Kosovans got rid of you guys and that is important for us. We will meet in EU as two Sovran country's and like it or not. And if you again send your MUP here again they will end up where their coleuges are.. Behind bars.
Again, UDI and independence are completely different things.

No, your declaration didn't make Kosovo independent from Serbia, by that declaration you just said you want to be independent from Serbia.

How should Kosova be independent from Serbia without an declaration by your logic ? An declaration makes an territory formally independent from another territory.

No. Declaration = your asking for money. Without asking you won't get money because nobody knows you want/need it. But it is very big question if you will get money after you asking for it.

Question number two, why diden't Serbia ask if the ICJ if Kosova had the right to secced from Serbia then ?? Or why don't you do it now ??

That's the question I am also very interested in. I was told that it hadn't been Serbia which had asked that question, but General Assembly. General Assembly formulated the request as it did because it was was compromise formulation since many members of GA didn't want to submit request to ICJ at all. What can I say? Very strange organization that GA which asks senceless empty questions to ICJ... As for Serbia - either it doesn't have right to refer to ICJ directly or doesn't want to irritate "the world community".
Again, UDI and independence are completely different things.
