Kosovska Mitrovica Mayor Krstimir Pantić has said that northern Kosovo Serbs are “upset and disappointed” by the agreement on Kosovo’s regional representation.
Pantić expects “the Constitutional Court and competent institutions to adequately react and declare the decision void”.
I am preatty sure that "as a good Serbian citizen" he can collect enough votes to address the above concern to the Serbian constitutional court. Let's see what the Serbian court will say....

There's a certain amount of spinning going on today, especially in the English-language forums - but take a look at what they're saying over at Kurir, where there's nobody to convince that the Serb side actually won. They'd be less upset by the end of the world, it sounds like.

I think that the best people to ask if this "deal" was good or not is the Northern Serbians! I have a feeling that they do NOT like any of this at all.
If the northern Serbs(because its really about them since THEY are the ones that live in Kosova instead of some politicians from Belgrade or elitist Serbs from Belgrade) do not like this agreement then you know this is a great deal for the Kosovar Albanians and Indpendent Kosova! LOL!! Its easy for Borko and Tadic to claim a victory. Ask the Northern Kosovar Serbs what they think....

You're only good if you have a point, which you don't. 99.74% of northern Kosovo reminded you a few days ago what they think of Kosovo's government, so whatever disappointment they have is separate from anything you think your side will gain by this.
I'd think that you should look more at what Self-Determination thinks - or better yet does :)
